Keeps calling but won't leave a message why they are calling about but they won't stop. They also call you relentless at work which I think is a***nst the law! Can we report them for this harassment?
This company has been calling my home for weeks. They ask to speak to some one who does not live here nor ever has lived here. I told them to take me off their list and then they tell me that unless I tell them the name and address of the person they are looking for I will continue to get calls looking to collect a debt. Since I haven't done business with this company nor have I signed any consents Is it legal for them to threaten me with harrassing phone calls?I am even checking into a restraining order since my verbal pleas to be left alone have been out right refused and mocked. They say their name is Legal Recovery Law Offices and I was told the supervisors name was Rick Moses. Make it stop!

A pre-recorded British female voice was asking if I knew a particular person, whose name I couldn't understand. Since I didn't recognize the phone # and name AND that the call was automated, I figured that this was most likely a fraudulent incoming call.
