harrasament regarding a supposed $18.00 debt to a company named book planet in 2006. I get the feeling this might be related to iden***y theft... what a bunch of bull...

The woman was extremely rude and treated me like a criminal. I know they're a collection agency (the person they were looking for no longer lives here), but that is no excuse for the caller's unbelievable behavior. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she refued.

They have called me a few times, never leave a message. So I called them back, at least to see how they would answer and who it was, but I was on hold for sooooo long I gave up. If it is some kind of collection agency, then they must have the wrong number/person. You'd think if they really really wanted to contact me (or w***ver)then they would leave a message. Guess it's not important. I'm glad I found this web site.

Keeps calling- will not leave message- I try to call back to see who it is, and CANNOT understand them- they don't speak English very well.

These ******s refuse to stop harassing us. They want a deadbeat who owned our phone number YEARS ago. They have been told over and over and over and over, both on the phone and in e-mail to their website, that they have the wrong number, but they refuse to remove our number from their automatic harassment list. This is putting me in tears, all the constant ring, ring, ring ... every day.

got a call from this place, could not understand what the***** she was saying  all i heard was "u neeed to payy" B.S i won't pay nothing, all money will probably go to la India or south Africa.

They do not say who is calling. They want you to stay on the line for customer service to talk with you. They have called a lot within the last 3 months. Guess they don't get the hint that I am not interested.

Nuisance calls several times each day and do not leave messages.

I tried calling the number back and it said it could not be complete as dialed.

I just received a call from these jokers as well.  For some reason, ARM appears to be hitting me with lots of calls.  They had called me with three other numbers first.  I sent in a cease and desist letter...  Then I've gotten two calls today not identified on caller ID, but one of those was this number.  So, my guess is ARM.  They received the C&D letter a couple of days ago.  I don't have any outstanding debt.  No idea why they call me, but the C&D letters worked with two other companies calling me for someone else.  Hopefully these jokers wise up.  Also wish someone would stop giving out my number I've had for over 7 years...  This all s****ed at the beginning of the year.

This caller had just recently s****ed calling me. I didn't answer but they didn't leave a message.

i am soo sick of these people.call and **** up when answered.its a collection  firm calling for someone  i never heard of.go away.

Has called several times in the last week. No name, no message. They have called as late as 9:12 PM

the caller did not say anything, just a lot of background noise.

Call from this number at 12:23, 3/17/09, caller not identified on Caller ID, no message left.

This number is from "ARMS" it is a collection firm.
