Leave a CommentPhilip from Helpnowrelief. He's left us 2 voice mails. We screen our calls just for this purpose. It is really sad in this day and age that some f---ing loser(s) out there prey on us good people and steal our iden***ies. Catch this loser!!!
Called elderly friend to offer refinancing at the current value of the home even though there is no mortgage on the house.
This is the 2nd automated message they've left on my ma****e, even though I don't have a penny of debt, and already called their 800 number to ask them to remove my number from their calling list. The first time I called to have them remove my number from their calling this, the lady who answered ***g up as soon as she realized what I was asking. The 2nd time, when the lady asked if I had a mortgage and I said no, as I do not, she claimed they must have gotten my number in "error" and said she removed my number from their list. Now, a few days later, they call a***n, leaving an automated message.
Phillip with Help Now Relief. I'm qualified for the "loan bailout program." They'll reduce my mortgage balance to currrent appraised value. Except I have no mortgage, nor loans to restructure. Scam!!
I had the same experience as the people below. I called them and answered their questions but they would give me no information about them and ***g up when i asked where they were, what their mailing address was, if they had a non 800 number, etc. I have a feeling these people are crooks and wonder if we have no recourse to report or take further action on them. Anyone have the legal answers?
Says he can get me "bailout" money for my mortgage. I DON'T EVEN HAVE A MORTGAGE. Recorded "message" I should call this number "at once". 7682
800 790 ***1 re: bailout package??? STOP CALLING ME -- *****...
bailout debt reduction, They cause this depression
Unsolicited offer for loan relief. These same people have called numerous times in the past under different names but very similar loan/mortgage scams.
Got a call from these bozos who left a message... TRANSCRIBED FROM ANSWERING MA****E: (in a criminal-sounding voice) "Hi. This is Philip with "Help Now Relief", and I am calling because you are qualified for the newly-approved loan bailout program, that restructures your loan payments and reduces your mortgage balance to current market value. I need you to contact me at 800 790-***1 to reserve this bailout program for you IMMEDIATELY. We can reduce your loan balance down to current appraised value, but I need to hear back from you today. Once a***n, if you want to take advantage of this bailout program, contact me at 800 790-***1. Thank you."
called but left no message

They asked, "What is your prin****l on your mortgage?" I didn't answer, but asked them to send me information. They ***g up immediately. If I was approved, why would they have to ask me what my prin****l balance is???? These guys are scam artists - BEWARE!!!!
calling all the time
Called my 73 yr old mom to help with bailout relief for mortgage. Thankful she asked me first if this was real!
They left a message making it sound like they're part of the federal bailout program and that they could refinance my debt.
Got a voicemail with this call back number for a debt/loan modification. I called back to get my phone # removed and was repeatedly ***g up on. I asked for a supervisor and was still ***g up on. When I s****ed asking for agent names when I called in, they ***g up on me.
phillip from Help Relief Now. When I called and asked for him I was told he's in a meeting (yeah, right). When I asked about a no call list, they ***g up. I called back five times with the same results.
Offer to help with a "Loan bailout program". Place an ad, don't just call everybody.
