Allied interstate student loan collection ... These guys collect on student loansThese guys are annoying some lady name "Candice Wright" keep calling me every single day. They have the nerve to call my boss and s**** saying "I HAVE A TIME SENSITIVE INFORMATION FOR YOUR EMPLOYEE" . I tell them to stop calling me and my work but they still call every day. They are going to get me fired.  Anyways After 2 weeks of phone****ault I decided to call her back.... She s****ed demanding that i pay 400 dollars a month on some old *** student loan. I WORK MINIMUM WAGE... I have no car, and no savings.... I live pay check to pay check... I told her this but she is a well trained DOG.... she just keeps at it...  I found some information on some website made by a former collector and he talks about everything... Alll the nAsty tactics these collection agencies employ..... READ ABOUT YOUR OPTIONS... it turned out my payments were as low as 100 dollars a month.... THIS IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY.... This number keeps calling for an ex boyfriend. They said he had my name down as a reference for a job and they lost his number :) I said I could take a message and pass it on but I was not able to give out his number. They won't stop calling.

yup. i just got a call. asking for an unknown person. so i told them to remove my number, this is the 2nd time..i hope they remove it.

They call 5-10 times each day   as early as 7:55 AM to 9:00 PM I am getting tired of it....

Called 4 times in 3 days. Got a name of the person the first time now, when i answer, they just **** up.

Same thing. Call and never leave a message.

Calls everyday between 8:30 AM and 10 AM. My answering ma****e takes the call and they always **** up without saying anything.

I am recieving calls daily, at all hours. the last call was at 7:50 am.  The worst part is they dont have my name there asking for someone else and no matter how many times I tell them they have the wrong number they keep calling back.

I receive DAILY phone calls from one Amy Cuboy at Allied Interstate. I have recently learned that they are attempting to collect on a debt that I've been handling DIRECTLY with the Department of Education. I have unknowingly been duplicating payments for the past 4 or 5 months.  Not to mention I paid an initial $250 to engage in this agreement. It's important to note that I was corresponding with a company that goes by iQuor (another d/b/a for Allied Interstate apparently). If I could offer anyone some words of advice, they would most certainly be NOT to provide ANYONE (especially not a Debt Collector) with your Debit Card Account Number. Further, you should not provide them with your Checking Account Number either. I've had to CANCEL my Debit Card with my local ***nch and must wait ten days for a new one to arrive in the mail; an obvious inconvenience. It could have been worse - had I provided them with my Checking Account Information, I would have had to close my account, toss my checks and s**** all over. What these people do is ethically and m****ly bankrupt. I have no problems paying my debts WHEN THEY'RE MINE or WHEN I'M NOT ALREADY PAYING THEM as a responsible individual would. Allied Interstate will hear from me. I am waiting for a letter from my bank before filing suit. Allied Interstate has tried to ACH (automatic deductions) subsequent payments all within a few days. I WILL recover the monies they've deducted from my account fraudulently and contact my State Attorney's Office, the BBB, the FTC and all other agencies that handle matters such as these. Also, if they continue to harrass you at work they can be sued for disruption of business. You can collect up to $1,000 for each infraction. It's a shame that our very own government condones this type of sinister behavior and employs Junk Debt Collectors such as Allied Interstate. They are dishonest and deceitful. They put the LIED in Allied.

It's Allie Interstate. Do a search. They are highly disreputable and should be sued until they no longer exist.They've called my job several times. I've told them not to call, and I **** up. They try to use disguises and make threats. I don't know what to do other than **** up on them. My company doesn't provide caller id so I never know who's on the other line until I answer.

I have no idea who you are nor do I care. I have never dealt with you and never will. I will not nor have I ever answered personal questions from a person I do not know so stick your business where the sun does not shine.

This collection agency keeps calling about a supposed debt way over 10 years old.  Several tactics are used including offers for lower finance charges if I just press 9 now.  Also a recording on my answering ma****e stating that I am admitting that I am the person they want to talk to because I did not **** up when given the chance.  "By staying on the line (and this is an answering ma****e which cannot **** up following verbal directions) you are acknowledging the fact that you ARE the person we are trying to contact".  They never quit.  It is likely that they call my neighbors, who don't really give a rat's a** either.

This is from Allied Insterstate, a collection agency. I get calls from them looking for a dead beat who apparently had my number before i got it. They will insist that either you are the person they are calling for, or that you  know their where abouts. They will continue to harrass you.

I dont answer it, but they call back frequently 5 times a day the most.
