Called B of A. They told me this was not from them call the law
Plain white letter with no bank of america logos claiming you ails from them are being returned and giving this 800 number. Definitely some kind of scam!!!

I haven't received any calls but I do get emails from them about an account with bank of america. I don't even have an account with them and I just ignore their emails and delete them without opening them.
