The fraud department from my bank called in regards to this so called LIVING WELL they are living well alright off my freakin money.. i called 800flowers at first they denied being affiliated with them until I told them i was filing a complaint with the general attorneys office the operated transferred me to them of course office was closed.  I am filing a complaint with the NYS BBB and General Attorney's office How dare they do that FLOWERS LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER THAT FOR SURE THEY ARE A FRAUD TO GET A EXTRA DOLLAR  I am telling everyone I know not to do business with them anymore

I have been just charged 38.99 and I have filed a complaint a***nst them with my bank

ordered flowers from 1800flowers and got hit twice for 36.00. no contact from live well at all. called bank they are investigating for fraud.

Just showed up on my credit card; I have not even ordered flowers through 1 800 FLOWERS.  Everytime I call company they are closed.

Ive been getting charged for months now - $11.99 per month - in reading the above, I did order flowers. How do I get my money back?

My son's debit card was charged 35.99 after he had ordered some flowers from 1800flowers.  He never agreed to any subscription. He is a student and doesn't need this kind of trouble.

This phone number just showed up on my bank statement with a $37 charge....I also ordered from flowers.com recently and attemped to receive the rebate, but clicked out of the site. This is outrageous.

1-800FLOWERS HAS THIS $15.00 REBATE OFFER, IF YOU CLICK ON IT TO GET YOUR REBATE, IT FORWARDS YOU TO THIS SITE FOR LIVWELL.  I REMEMBER IT ASKING ME QUESTIONS, THAT I DID FEEL APPROPRIATE, SO I CLICKED OUT OF THE SITE.  HOWEVER, I HAD APPEARANTLY ALREADY SIGNED UP FOR THIS LIVWELL PROGRAM WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING IT.  NOW I AM BEING CHARGED $11.99 PER MONTH FOR ??????  I CALLED TO CANCEL, THEY AGREED TO REFUND 2 OF THE 5 CHARGES (WHAT A JOKE).  1-800FLOWERS HAS TOTALLY LOST MY BUSINESS FOR ALLOWING SUCH A SCAM ON THEIR WEBSITE.

has been charging my mom's visa card for the last few months without us being aware of the scam. they do not exist. absolutely fake and real charlatans

I am learning this is some kind of scam company. From what I understand, most people who have been involved with them ordered flowers from 1800FLOWERS at one time. I ordered a few months back and realized today that my credit card has been charged 11.99 per month since then. I am presently disputing the charges. The billing information provided to me by my credit card co. includes the number in question 1800-793-2318...which is apparantly a bogus number.

And now when I call the number 1-800-793-2318 it is some "hook up" line!!! HELP!!
