The message says to "call customer service and have your account ready" but it doesn't let you know that it is from USDA loan center. After figuring out what this is about, they tell me the account is current, but they did not post the payment to the account yet. Government!
I've talked to three customer service reps and they tell me that my note has been posted but yet they keep calling. can they not read?
it is USDA - calling because my bill is past due. I mailed it a few days a go but it probably hasn't been processed yet. No biggie.

It is New Year's Day. This automated message stated "it is imperative that we speak to you now". The voice leaving the message was definitely from India. It is a holiday in the US. I am on the "DO NOT CALL LIST".
