KEEPS CALLING.
call and **** up
They call me 6 or 7 times daily, It's been happening since monday. They've never answered, and never left a message. The first time I actually answered it I heard noise in the background but just barely and no voices Then part of what sounded like a woman's voice then they ***g up. Now I just answer it and say nothing to see if they'll say anything and they never do. My office doesn't like it when my cell rings at work and it's getting really annoying.
They constantly call me non-stop. I know that I am currently 3 days past due on my payment and this is the first time I have ever been past due. I am going to pay off my balance in full soon and cancel my account. I never want to do business with this s**t hole of a company a***n.
I have had 6 calls from this number today and I too have a Credit One credit card that I do not have any balance on...I think I will cancel this card as well...very bad business practice to harrass your good clients
1 day....times of calls...8:30am, 11:28am, 12:43pm, 2:33pm, 5:09pm, 8:09pm, and 8:47pm...the the*****!?
Received five calls in just five hours...after reading comments, I am thinking it is a Credit One credit card. They don't leave messages on my phone either.
constantly calling...I received 9 calls from them today (Sunday), when I finally tried calling them back to see what they wanted it was a busy tone.
Calls 6 to 8 times a day. Never answers when I pick up. Never leaves a message.
I have a credit card by them..was granted a $800 limit and they did take a fee of $49 out..but now reading these horror stories I don't know what to do, not late on payment but what should I do? Please help someone, I work at home and needed a new computer and I got one which took almost my limit.
i as well have a credit one card and will cancel it.
they have called me twice today. i called back and its always busy.
There ought to be a law to imprisson the entire company right now. Some how they got my cell # and continue to ask for Felicia. I politly told them there was ***ody by that name connected with the phone but 5 calls later it wont stop. How can I back charge thease incompitent idiots for my minutes?? I have demanded a supervisor and been on hold for 7 minutes with no answer.
who ever they are.......I have had over 12 calls in the last 2 days, They never leave a message or answer their own call.
Yes, I s****ed receiving calls from this number about a week ago. I do have credit one and I too, will cancel my card. I do not answer this number at any time, because if I do not recognize the phone number, I will not answer. Thanks for the information regarding Credit One. I have never received these calls until I requested a call with them. A***n, thanks.
Of word of advice...if you dont send a copy of the letter to the CC by registered letter of closure to the Credit Reporting Companies stating that you yourself closed out the account with the CC Company, when and why (which is usually "self request", the CC can report the reason anyway they want to. For example if your account with Experian says account closed--that leaves other lenders wondering why--or the CC can report "at our request" which leaves the impression the CC company forced the closure which is a neg comment to reviewing leanders and Remember: any open account, although you may not owe any money on the account: is counted as an "open revolving account" and the amount is used as a liability a***nst your requested amount with a new comapny.
My son has a credit one card. The above Phone # 800-796-7303 has called daily. The 1st time they called, they asked for my son by name, I said he wasnt here-they ***g up immediatly. I tried to call back for 7 hours and the number is busy. I found this # in Google. the next 2 days they have called in the AM and will not talk if I answer.Today I paid the whole 27.00 left to pay (no payment was ever late) and Im instructing him to close the card by phone and by registered mail. Then send a letter of self-closure to the credit reporting companies. I am contacting the BBB and if it doesnt stop, I will hire a lawyer. I have also seen this number****ociated with a another bank in LA---
We were receiving many calls from this number. We always let the answer ma****e take the call. They would **** up. They would call just after 8am up till almost 9pm. They would call on Sunday. I think we may have had as many as twelve calls in one day. Finally, I told my husband to pick up the phone, see who it was, and tell them to stop calling. They asked for Gary. There is no Gary at our residence. My husband told them they had the wrong number. The next day, I received a call from the same number. I picked it up. They a***n asked for Gary. I told them there was no Gary at our number and not to call any more. They stopped calling. Hallelujah!
They call every day, days, nights, weekends, never leave messages, sometimes when I answered there's a recording: "Please hold for an important message"PLEASE STOP CALLING US !!!
Got a call yes****ay from this number, saying I hadn't made payment on this Visa card since June and they were going to report me if I didn't make payment today... The problem is I only have one card and it's my banking card. What really through me is they knew the name of my bank, my mailing address, and the last 4 of my SSN
They call all day n nite never leave a message !
please do not call me i don't owe any money
Calls up to 4 times a day. Never leaves a message. They want to talk to my son who has a credit card with Credit One Bank. He's working on a project and I refuse to give them his cell number. I handle his finances and he does not owe them any money at this time. They demand to speak to him and will continue to call unless I give them a number where he can be reached. On principle, I won't.
