Leave a CommentChase Bank, calling for Sears Ca***a.Was 10 days past due and they called me relentlessly on my cell phone until I finally answered.Another overseas call center where someone who could barely speak english is wasting my time instead of just leaving a message.I paid the charge, and cancelled the card. Won't be shopping at Sears anymore.
lady left mess sd for Chase (bank?other industry?)didn't details sd cb and hu!
Hi young women of MontrealThere is an handsome technicien in communication (the one who installs your new telephone line at home). He is 6 foot tall. He is a ****** and a serial ****er. His mother is french ca***ian and his ***her is grec. If you receive calls witout any speaking, be carefull, you are his next victim. When he will ring at your door, do not answer. Do not call 911 because you will not having the line because he might disconnect it. Use your cell.maman-lise [email protected]. Those calls have nothing to do with you crédits cards. He stands in communications room, connects his phone and uses the ligne 800-361-0155. No body can catch him.
Ca fait environs 50 fois qu'ils m'apelle sur mon Cellulaire et je suis VRAIMENT ÉCOEURER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If they call you is because your late in your paments, and first of all they are not harassing you. They need to do there job's and that is to collect the money that you owe. Yes I agree sometimes they call for a small balance of 10.00$ but who cares you still owe them 10.00$. Yes it's a small balance but hey you owe them money. Put your self in there s***s, that there job's to call why B*tch at them when your late in your paments. It's you job to do your paments every month. Yes it's a atomatic dial that call the people who owe money but hey it happens sometimes that it may call you more then one time a day. It's like a computer sometimes your computer doesn't work well but hey sometimes there dialer doesn't work well and they have problem's with it. It's not like matter of life and ***** when they call you. If you do your paments on time you would'nt get any call from Sears in the first place. If you know that you didn't get your staments or your away for a month or more well it's your job to call them and let them know that you didn't recevied a statement or you could make a pament on a specific date.
If this is sears not sure why I am getting phone calls. I owe no one money!!!
@me Thanks kid, here is your two cents back. If you had bothered to type it properly then it might have been taken a little more seriously. Yes, there are laws for how many times they can call per day, week, and month. The easiest is just to forward a redacted copy of your phone bill showing more than three calls a week to the CRTC. Black out all the personal info, and circle the calls from them in Red. After they s**** getting hit with $5000 fines they will limit it to one call per day, and three per week, like the law says.As for paying on time, it has nothing to do with them calling 6X in one day. If it did then those that owe more would get more calls, and yet they do not. After getting harassed with 5 calls, I told them that the massive $0.45 that was outstanding on my balance would be paid off in 24 hours when I went to Sears to file a formal complaint and cancel my card. That stopped the harassment for me.I also agree with the above mention that you can use Real Credit Cards there now, so there is no reason for a Sears CC. The proper CC companies follow the law, and do not harass (at least until you miss more than one payment).
This is Sears (Chase Mastercard out of the U.S. That's who owns Sears Mastercard. They are calling about delinquent accounts. They never leave a message or have the decency to say what they are calling about. I'm sure it's a call centre. It's amazing that they themselves don't punch up their number on the internet and see how many upset people there are. Especially when their tactics don't apply to us.
This caller phones several times a day and doesn't let up
I have my telephone number since September. Cogeco gave me this number. I****ume it has been out of service for at least one year.As far as I see things 800-799-4424 has an outdate telephone database. They should get the last databases from the telephone companies.I would have given my realname, but on the net, everything seems public. Its a money making buisness. It would be nice if someone made adatabase that would have all the latest telephone numbers, upto date or should I say, to the hour. But I guess companies want to make money will call****istance.
Will not identify themselves.
They phone my land line three times a day every day except Sa****ays
Well , I have not have a Sears Credit card since 1998. I closed down the account way back then and I think there might have been a balance of under 5$ left. Never heared from this since. They called this morning, left a message to call them back. I did but they don't have me in their Database .... What the @!#$ ? Hahahaha . I had to find this site to find out that they were a collection agency.... This is a complete waste of time ...
grow up if u owe u need to pay thank god u didnt borrow from a shark u wouldnt hv fingers to type ur sorry excuse for not paying u might not be mature or responsible enough to borrow next time ask mom or dad
They've been calling everyday, don't know who they are.
continual calls 6-8 a day. No one on thephone when you answer. I called back and they won't say who they are.
Just cancel the Sears card ... they no longer headlock you into using their credit card because they now do accept VISA, Mastercard, and others. And, you can get value VISAs for better rate than what Chase is charging on theirs without the hassle. Never had a problem with the card until Chase took over the lending ... now they will hound you for a $10.00 payment.
calls and ****s up. pls. stop this number.
claimed they were calling from Chase Bank. I see here that it is Sears, but when I told the woman my wife doesn't have an account with Chase she said "I'm not going to argue with you and ***g up". I know beyond a shadow of a doubt our Sears account is up to date.
Privacy laws is one thing, calling and leaving a message to say "This is Sears calling to talk to, please call us back" instead of calling several times a day.Isn't there a law about how many times a creditor can call someone in a month?
there is a privacy agreement issue which precludes them from leaving messages in detail about your personal financial delinquency, do you really want your kids hearing that on the voicemail?
This is ridiculous!!!My payments are paid on time, and they call anyways!worst is that even if i tell them i have no time, and **** up, they call back 3.5 secs later!!!! this time i got angry and a***n they called after saying i dint have the time, they called back repedetly for 15 mins!!!!!
I haven't used my Sears card in over a year, I don't have a balance and they're calling me 6X a day. I have call display and choose not to pickup, but I can see they've called. The only thing I can think is they sent me a new card and I haven't activated it our used it. *shudder* they must be wondering what's wrong with me since they're willing to give me money(credit) and I'm not taking it ;)Not everyone wants to live off of credit (surprise, surprise)
To GET EDUCATED you don't know what your talking about my account isn't in arrears and i am still getting calls from these ****s so much for "make you payment and you wouldn't getting collection calls"
Frequent calls with **** ups npt sure if computer or person
as a disabled person, it is hard to get to the phone. And then to find out it was a 1-800 call (no message left) and they phone and get me out of bed, or late at night or mealtimes
they harrassed me for 2 days while I was on midnight shift and trying to sleep through the day even after I told them I could not nor did I want to get up out of bed every hour to answer the phone. The balance of the unpaid Sears account was only $20.00. Rediculous. After this and several other issues with Sears Ca***a we have paid off the whole $325.00 balance and cut up our Sears charge card. I will never deal with Sears a***n nor will anyone else in my family. They've lost several long term customers with this one!
They called me 2 days ago and I told them I would make my payment on a specific day, they have called me 2 time since then!!!! Before the day promised even!!!! ****s
let me guess...your old sears card was taken over by the new sears mastercard right? If so you are now an unfortunate victim of J.P. Morgan Chase bank. They will ***t you down relentlessly for no apparent reason. I'm burning my Sears M/C as soon as its paid off. I've been a member in good standing on the old sears card for 9 yrs.
Nice to know who this number belongs to. They have been calling me about 10 times a day no message left.
Ladies & Gents...PLEASE read up on The Privacy Act. Banks are not allowed to leave detailed messages wither on answering ma****es or with anyone other than the primary card holder. And for all these other people that have small balnaces...why not make your payment on time. You wouldn't be getting collection calls.
I've been out of the country for more than two months, and yes, I owed them a payment - I forgot. But it was less than $100, and if they'd simply left a message, it would have been paid weeks ago....
this number calls about 3 to 4 times, but never leaves any message. I do have a sears card and I am not late with my payments. If they are really dying to talk to me, how come they don't leave messages?
It's a collection agency working for Sears, Visa, etc.
If it is Sears why are they not leaving a message.
I totally agree - small amount owing and LEAVE A Message.
This is insane. Can't these people leave messages? I am overseas and for the small amount they are claiming as payment, I thinnk they could tone down the 5 to 8 calls a day! Good to know who this number belongs to.
They are calling regarding Sears card payment issues. When you don't hear someone on the other line, wait for 20 seconds or so because its an automated dialing system, so it takes a while to connect you to the person on the other end.
