money charged to my credit card without any authorisation. where do i get hold of them to cancel any further charges and to put in a complaint! this is ridiculous...

My credit card has been billed by this company for $39.97 yet I have never made contact with them or received any calls from them. How do I reclaim their charge?

I was charged 38.72 $ every month by companies like SSY Group, UYO Enterprises, BGBVIP XL INC ... It was because of an adult website I had to cancel. Went on www.membershipserve.com and did the cancelation. Now I hope not to be charged a***n next month.

I was not called, but I was charged several amounts of money. I did visit adult websites but I'm actually pretty s**** I cancelled them. So be carefull at least!

A couple of charges were made to my account by SSY ****046068. I called the number and told the person there was a fraudulent charge made to my account. She continued on like I had made the order and asked if I would like to cancel. I had to repeat at least four times that it was a fraudulent charge. In the end she said my account would be refunded within ten days... we'll see. I would like to know how it got on there in the first place.

Of course I meant to receive a full refund of Eur. 60,00 instead of deduction.

Today when I received my latest credit card overview from my bank I discovered I got charged $39,97 on 25/05 and 24/06 by these f*ckers. I never EVER gave them authorisation for anything whatsoever. I've instantly blocked by card and will ask my bank to investigate the fraudulent transactions and hope to receive a full deduction of almost 60 Euros. Btw. I'm from the Netherlands.

I found these guys have taken 39.97 out of my paycheck for about a month. I called the number, but they put me on hold for about 15 min, then some lady (probably from india) picked up and had ALL OF MY INFORMATION! They canceled the account for me. Hopefully i wont get charged a***n.

I went to the website membershipserve.com and talked to a online rep and they said they would refund me and cancel whatever was charged. I hope they follow through though

This phone number with drew money from my checking account. I will have to close my bank account and report to the F.B.I. and Homeland Security if I see it a***n.

I noticed a charge of $1 on my checking account. Did not know what it was, so put Ssy Group 800-804-6068 into google and found this site. After reading the other posts, went to see my bank. They cancelled my card and ordered me a new one so no more charges could be debited. They also filed a chargeback a***nst the transaction and refunded me the Dollar. I am just glsd that I check my account online often. Also glad that I found this site, which I showed my bank. I hope others are able to get their money back from these scammers too. My bank told me that the company is based in Cyprus.

i checked my account online and there was a random charge for the ssy group and i have never heard of them this needs to stop

Ssy Group 800-804-6068 charged my bank $40 for no reason! WHAT IS THIS?! If anyone gets this charge I advise to close the account and get a new one asap. From doing reasearch this is happening to alot of people and it needs to stop now especailly as I am only a student and cannot afford an unneccesary $40 dollars £25 every month.

Hopefully this helps with the card chage problems, my card was charged from three diff. company names, all for the same amount... from SSY Group, ZTA Club and BGBVIP XL INC... I was able to find on another website that their website is membershipserve.com, they had me listed for a subscription i probably missed opting out of somehow. Hope this helps!

Same thing is going on to me. I'm being charged every month and not knowing why and for what. I can't get a hold of them and to make matters worse my pre pay phone service provider can't help me out and neither can the national phone service. To make matter even worse is that I'm in New Zealand and just a student. I really need help in how to stop them.. This is taking up my allowance...

IM IN SAME SITUATION! THIS NUMBER AND SSY GROUP NAME HAS CHARGED MY BANK ACCCOUNT $29.97. AND MT BANK HAD SEPERATE FEES BECAUSE IT WAS AN INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION. Just got charged 40.00 a day ago for an adult website that we don't use. So we called the number and they said they couldn't locate the company. I am not resting till I find these people.

They didn't call, but $40 was charged to my husband's account. When I called the number, it said it was some sort of Adult website customer service.

The same thing that is being described here happened to my boyfriend. He was not called, but an unauthorized charge for $40 was made to his checking account on June 5 2009. The number showed up in the description of the transaction. On top of that he was charged a banking fee because it was an international charge. Fabulous!

I haven't gotten calls from this number, but its charging me about 40 dollars a month and it listed off this number, I would like to know why, along with I'd like to cancel whatever it is.
