Jimmy Aubrey of Penta Debt Collectors called me and stated that there was a civil suit a***nst my son and would I represent him, he told me there was a court date on 4/28 at 10 a.m. of which of course we were never notified, he threatened to garnish his wages and that if they go to court they will add the additional court costs, very nasty, uncivilized type of person. I am reporting him and his company to the FTC and the NY Attorney Generals office. This type of person is a de****able human being, that cannot do anything other then sicken people for a living.

Calls stating there is civil case and provides fic***ious date, threatens to garnish your salary, very nasty, asks for SS#, threatens to add court costs to debt, offers no proof or debt. Sound very fraudulent.
