Very rude people threatened to take my accets. Haha very funny, I don't have accets I don't own a car and I rent my house. They also threatened to garnish wages. Ha ha a***n I'm on Disability. Their struck!!

Nancy Miller constantly calling and telling me to call a 900 number.  Must be a scam.  Where the***** is oure government???  This is bull and should be stopped!!!!

They call several times a day.  Annoying.  I have NO debt and haven't had any debt for several years.  I have not called them back as I do not call back numbers if the reason for the call is not stated.

Nancy's calling for a nonexistent person. Tried explaining this to someone that refused to give me their name or a supervisor to talk to. Can't a bloodthirsty lawyer file a nice class action lawsuit a***nst these rude people?

I have been getting a phone call from this company for over a year.  How the***** do you get them to stop.  The person they are looking for doesn't even live here but they won't leave me alone and they are so rude and **** up on me all the time when I try to tell them they have the wrong number.  HELP!

I just wrote a complaint above and need to correct the number Nancy Miller is calling from. STOP YOUR INSANE MADNESS FOR US INNOCENT PEOPLE !!!

I am SICK AND TIRED OF NANCY MILLER AND HER HERASSMENT CALLS. I am NOT THE PERSON THEY ARE LOOKING FOR. I FILED A COMPLAINT REPORT WITH THE FTC. I HAVE RECORDED THE TIMES AND DATES SHE CALLS AND LEAVES HER MESSAGES. I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE LIST AND HAVE NOT YET DONE SO. I TALKED WITH A JAMES ON 4-2-09 AND HE GUARANTEED ME THAT IT WOULD STOP. I WILL NOT PLAY THE LITTLE GAMES WITH DRS. EVERYONE HAS BEEN RUDE, NASTY AND NON COOPERATIVE WITH ME. I HAVE HIRED AN ID THEFT CO. AND WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT YOU NANCY. IF THEY WOULD STOP THE TIME THEY SPEND HARRASSING ME AND FIND THE REAL PERSON THEY NEED TO FIND THERE MIGHT BE BETTER ODDS. I also received numerous calls from 800-807-4106. The woman who left the messages identified herself as Nancy Miller from DRS. I called the company and they immediately demanded that I reveal my social security number to them, I of course refused. They asked for my phone number, which I gave to them, and they said they were looking for someone whom I've never heard of. I asked to speak to a manager to have my name taken off their list and they refused. Every person I spoke to, in an attempt to get a hold of a manager, was extremely rude and nasty and refused to comply with any of my requests. They also refused to tell me the name of their company or the nature of their business. If I receive another call, I will keep the message and contact my local police department. I think they are a collection agency, but because of their behavior and because of their adamant demands for my social security number, I believe they might be criminals. This is most definitely harrassment. I am definitely reporting them to the police if they call even one more time!

These people have been calling me for almost a year now (since Jan. 08). I've only spoken with someone only twice; they have my name (misspelled), but the wrong address, and they have ALL my personal info (how, i don't know). Once they told me that if it wasn't my debt then I just had to send a letter stating that and it would be fine. So I did, and didn't hear from them for about 9 months. Then in Sept. 08 they s****ed calling a***n, this time saying I had to send them W2s, proof of residence, etc etc. I said no way. Now I avoid their calls, but they call 3-5 times a day for 2 weeks or so, then not call for a few weeks, then the process s****s all over a***n. They call at all times of day and night. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and they told the BBB that they had no record of me--yet they are STILL calling!

It gets deeper....non of this happened with the calls and all until I added my number to the DO NOT CALL DATABASE.  After that I went from 3-4 calls a day to 10+...is there a correlation?  I think so...

I received numerous calls from 800-807-4106. Nancy Miller from DRS, claims she needs to speak with me ASAP. A Scam to be sure.

They have called and called and called.. My home this past 2 years sometimes it is 10 times a day even on Sundays and then maybe wait a week or two and s**** all over a***n.. All hours day and late evening too early as 8 am late as 9pm.. makes me crazy.. I am thinking of getting rid of my land line. It is indeed a collection agency.. however.. My husband and I owe no one anything.. We pay our bills .. it is a sin to allow someone to keep harassing folks like these people do. It is always a recorded message on the phone.. also I did call back once and they asked for the SS# of my husband.. Umm.. NO!!! How ****** they must think I am. I would love the owner of this companys home number so I could call them all day for days on end.. I want them to QUIT CALLING!!!

A person named Nancy Miller just called me and left me a message saying that it was really important that we speak and that she's been trying to reach for a while, when i called back the person just asked me for my social security number,which i refused to give and then they just ***g up. No legitimate company would ask you for your SSN just like that, and if you ask them nicely, why do you need my Social Security Number, no legitimate company would all of a sudden become nasty to you. I called the number back and had a great time when I found out if you don't **** up, the calls go back to them every minute. They say*****o,*****o, and we just laughed and laughed. It was great fun to harrass the harrasser. They can't disconnect the call. We actually s****ed playing the macarena off youtube for them since they're hispanic. PS The person they're looking for doesn't live here.

I've been receiving calls from "Nancy Miller" from DRS for several months.  She is never on the line when I answer the phone and I don't want to call her back.  If she seriously tried to reach me, why is she never on the phone when I answer?  Her message says that it is important that she talk to me and to call her at the 800 number.  It can't be that important!

In the last few hours I have received 4 calls from the mystery woman, Nancy Miller..............  I've just about had enough of these type of calls.  I'm even getting them in the middle of the night.There should be SO****ING that can be done about these s*** ****ers.  I'm also on the DO NOT CALL list.....  arghhhhh I'm reallllly p*ssed off....  I'm sick and don't need this waking me up.

i got a call from nancy miller 6 months ago and it was because I missed payments on my credit card.  Just FYI check your credit cards and loans to make sure you are not late.

same thing as you all...i have no idea who it is and when i call get told they are closed and to call back on business time. funny thing, i get this call EVERY SUNDAY for about the last 3 months.  it is like clockwork.  i won't call them back a***n because this sounds fishy enough... if a company cannot call with a person but a computer then forget it.  i am glad i found this site...now i am sure it is a scam!!

i have been getting these calls from 800-807-4106 for weeks now and ignored them until I finally got fed up with it. I returned the call and got yelled at and ***g up on just like everybody else. I think we should all s**** calling them 400 times a day. They will be charged because it is an 800 number. Maybe then they will stop.

First I received a letter from DRS in the mail stating that I owed money to a cell phone company in New York, a couple ***dred dollars, and to please call them. Like a dodo I did. (FYI*I was born and raised in Hawaii & never moved out of state!) I too gave them the last 4 digits of my social security number because this operator s****ed yelling at me. I just wanted to get things straight and I didn't want my credit to be ruined. The operator advised me that it was a mistake and not to worry about it. So, I let it pass. Then, last month I received a second letter from them and I called them back a***n. But when I told the operator I NEVER lived or even went to New York she s****ed yelling at me a***n. So this time I ***g up on her. Now, for  the past couple of days I've been getting these prerecorded phone messages from Nancy Miller and I've been just disregarding them.

Over 50 calls in 30 days - there is no reason why this comapny should be calling us - this is ABUSIVE.

I too am on the do not call list, but the calls continue to come in from this number sometimes as many as 3 a day.  We called back to find out who they are or who they represent, but they will not tell you.  They get nasty with you.  They want your phone number (which they already have) and your social security nuber (which I have refused to give over the phone.  We have called the Federal Trade Commission. the Telephone company, put a fraud alert on all our accounts but still the calls persist.

I received a call tonight (7:53p.m. Pacific Standard time) from someone named Nancy Miller. On my caller ID it gave the number 800-807-4106 (not provided). The person left a message that they had been trying to reach me, (no name given) and to call back. It was important that we talk. This number has shown up on my caller ID several times, this time I had my answer ma****e on. I am also on a do not call list. I googled DRS and found this comment site. I refuse to call them back.

I just got a called from DRS.  Called back to Nancy Miller.  I did and they asked for my phone number, which I gave.  Then she said she would give a list of names and I needed to tell her which one goes with the number.  When I said I wasn't going to give that until she told me who she was and she ***g up.  Then I googled and found this.  Who do we report it to?

I received 5 calls from this number today (800-807-4106) and each time they left a message for me to call back this number. I did call it back and there is a recording they are not open. They say to ask for Nancy Miller. I too do not know who they are looking for and when you call and ask they ask me who I am. I wont give them my name and they get nasty with me and threaten me. Once I find out who they are I am turning them in and the recordings of their threats too. Every one who is having trouble with these people really need to go after them and let each state they do business in FINE the***** out of them.

She did not leave a message of whom she was trying to get up with and when called back the message stated that they were open monday-thursday 9:00 am to 10:00pm and sa****ay form 9:00am to 1:30pm. Why would they call on a friday if they were not open. I will not call back. I'm on the not call list also.number 1-800-807-4106. please don't call them back.

I think these people are part of an ID theft ring.  They pose as a collection agency and pump you for information to get you to prove you are NOT who they are after.  You don't know what piece of your ID profile is missing.  Anything you give them could allow them to complete the puzzle and steal your iden***y and sell it.Why do you think it is that so many posts here say that the person they are after doesn't live there?  It's because the calls have nothing to do with debt collection.  The calls are random and odds are, a certain percentage of people will try to convince them that they are not the target and give them ID information to prove it.  Probably works pretty well for them.It's a Phishing scam.  They don't follow the laws because they are criminals.  Do not give them any information and report them to the authorities.Unfortunately the authorities are overwhelmed and can't battle these things so we have to protect ourselves.  Don't fall for it.

Over 50 calls in the last 28 days.... I called them one more time, in an attempt to reason with them... According to the message, they are closed.  Upon further investigation, it turns out that they have made EVERY call to my number outside their normal business hours.  This tells me that they have no other interest than harrassment, therfore, I have resolved to press criminal charges, immediately.

This number has called over 50 times in the last 28 days.  Always a recorded message, and no one answers when I call back (endless "please hold"*****). From what I have seen in this thread, this appears to be some sort of collection agency or more likely a phishing expedition to ***n my personal information for the pupose of iden***y theft, under the pretense of a collection agency.  I have no outstanding bills of any sort, and have collected enouph information now to press charges.  We'll see what happens...  Don't let me be the only one.  If we all press charges, they will have no choice but to stop the madness!

WTH They can't even talk to me?  Must leave a message that leads to endless "please hold*****"?
