they are spammers they call me all the time

It's for their emergency roadside service plan

I have Allstate and they have called 20-20 times on my cell in the last week. Almost always they hand up. I too will be complaining to my agent.

I have never done business with Allstate, nor has anyone in my house.They still call me.

I am calling my agent and complaining, about this...

I cancelled my auto insurance with Allstate effective the end of June (2 weeks from today) and they called me today 3 times. Funny how that works.

Just switched to Allstate for my homeowners and they just called me at work.  I hate when that happens.

Yeah its Allstate trying to sell stuff. I am an Allstate customer and on the no call list but I still get called. Joe is right.

Report these people to the trade commission

Because the no call list is for unsolicited calls only. You are very likely already an Allstate customer (or were) and subject to being opted in implicitly to their marketing department. That is the beauty of American commerse law (for them, not us). You will have to call your agent and EXPLICITLY opt out of any and all sales/marketing calls.

Left a message with only the last four digits to call them back. The four digits they gave are 0119. But never said who they were or anything else.
