I've been reveiving calls weekly from 1 800 813 6128. They leave no message and continue to call. Today I called them back and spoke to a representative. He told me that the calls were for some type of survey due to a call I had made to ComCast. A couple of months ago I did call ComCast's tech support for a connection problem and the problem was resolved that evening. I called the 800 number today and was told about the survey. I told them I did not want to parti****te and would they take my number off their list. I gave them my cell number and was told that it would take a day or two for my number to be removed. Will see if this works.......
I get calls all the time from this number...no identification and they never leave a message to call back. It has to be a call center doing telemarketing...in spite of the fact I'm on the Do Not Call Registry. =(
I answered a call from this number and no one responded to my "hello". I called back and got a recording that stated that all reps were busy.
I just got a phone call from them too. They said it was in regards to a recent phone call I made. I said I hadn't made one. She s****ed studdering and said are you sure? Yes. I'm sure. I then asked what it had to do she. She replied with "oh you know, internt and cable stuff." How unprofessional. I looked it up to see if they were legitly with comcast. Sad to see they are.
This number calls, we answer and they **** up. This happens at most 7-10 tims a week. Sometimes it only happens 2-5 times a week. When I call it back I get stuck on hold listening to music and annoucements that someone will be with me shortly. No company name is ever mentioned. The callerid says '800 service' and that is all.

Called the number back after finding out via *69 who it was. Recording answered "Thank you for calling comcast, we are currently closed. Please call back during normal business hours...." and gave a central time zone time period.This was within seconds of when they called me and ***g up, and that was way after the 4pm central close time they stated on the recording.SOMEONE NEEDS TO STOP THESE DORKS!
Called my cell phone. I answered, no one on line. I called back. Indeed Servicom calling about Comcast. He said they were sorry they had missed my call and would call back a***n. I said "Hello, you've got me now" He replied that he was just their answering service. I told him to take my number off their list. He said to allow 48 hrs for it.
I got calls from them, wouldn't say anything when I answered, so I called them back, was only on hold a minute, asked the person to remove my name. She was polite, said she would remove it, we'll see if they call a***n.

Yes it is Comcast. I called this number and asked why they kept calling. The guy told me they'd keep calling until they reached me so I would answer some customer service questions. I told him badgering me into a survey is going to affect my level of satisfaction! He said he couldn't take my number off their list and that they'd keep calling til they got through! Ridiculous!

I rec'd a call from 800 812-6128 at 1:30pm. The female could barely speak clear enough to understand anything she said. She indicated that she was from Sercon. We are on the Do Not Call list so why are we getting these annoying phone calls ?
Called daily around noon. If it is Comcast customer satisfaction survey they do not want me to pick up.
Call waiting went off and 1-800-813-6128 popped up I flashed over and ***g up on a call. The auto Dialer ***g up on me. I Called back and remained on hold for 1hr28min with no response.(I didnt mind it was their dime) Looked up info on here and called ComCast and they confirmed that the # is ServiCom a survey Co. for them. Filled them in on mt situation and not to call back to include the dip poo's at ServiCom. If you are are registered at the "Do not call lists" and have instructed callers not to call you and they continue to do so ... go after them and get some bucks back for ****ing you off.

Calls, but NEVER leaves a message! Why are they allowed to do this? In return, IF this was a legitimate call, WE get in trouble for ignoring it in the first place. Come on, IF you really need to talk to us LEAVE A MESSAGE!

My answering ma****e picked it up, my message basically tells of no solications are accepted. maybe I should put my message in simplier words, like "this phone is on the do not call list idiot, go work at BK for your minimum wage. When I picked up the call I was transported back in time. It was weird and very annoying because I was wat****g a re-run of Three's Company and Mr. Roper had suspected that Jack had a girl in his room. Very funny episode.

Company is named Servicom. Apparently if you call comcast, they have this company call you for a follow up survey on service.. Annoying as anything. I get 5-6 calls a day from these people. I told them to take me off the list, they said it would be done today
