Leave a Comment1-800-816-1204 = SCAMMER Fake Warranty company! Has called my home phone, my cell phone, and today received a letter in the mail. These people are idiots. On the letter, it says MAKE: Registered Vehicle. They have NO clue what vehicle to try and sell me a fake warranty on. We're talking a real class act company. Anytime they call me, I s**** asking questions about their company, and they **** up. The letter they sent me looks almost exactly like a Water/Gas bill. I WILL be filing a greivance with the BBB, as well as the State Attorney General's office in Missouri. The scam company is: EWC, 6055 Mexico Road, St. Peters, MO 63376, Office: 636-720-1886, Fax: 1-636-720-1881 Seems someone is ticked off about them and even made a webpage in regards to this scam company: http://www.geocities.com/extwarrantycorp/ - If you get anything from them, be sure to report it to the US Postal Service, the Attorney Generals office of Missouri, as well as the Attorney Generals office in your state, and the BBB. Be sure to visit: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/445/RipOff0445727.htm as well.

I got a piece of mail with this number offering to sell me an extended warranty on my car. It lists a second "Spanish-speaking" number of 1-866-571-7980, which is also marked as a scam. The letter originated in St. Louis, MO from postal permit 5***. I sent my copy of the letter to the local FBI with a request to investigate them and close them down.
I am helping an elderly woman with her papers and noticed that $1200 has been taken out of her account. When I found out it was a "extended warrenty" which she does not want, I tired to cancel and they said she CAN NOT cancel and that they will continue to take money from her. next step... I guess we are going to her bank to see if they can help
In past few months, this scammer called my regular and cell phone several times – but ***g up on me when asked questions about their company. Today I received a mail from them. Yes, my name and address is correct. The mail was sent from St. Louis, MO, Permit No. 5***. If this is a fraudulent company, maybe we should contact the US Postal Inspector and file a complaint a***nst them. Hmm, maybe class action lawsuit???? Any lawyers there who would like to make a case out this????
I've gotten repeated calls from this number, either showing 'caller unknown' or 'Extended Warranty Corp' or 'Warranty Services' I called back to get an automated message. I wanted to notify them I'm on donotcall.gov list and be removed. Tuesday I get a solicitation in the mail from them, they apparently have my address, the know what model of car I drive. I contacted the auto dealer who told me that Extended Warranty Corp is most likely a scam and not affiliated with the dealership in any way. buyer beware!
Did not receive a phone call- got an official looking notification letter in the US MAIL. Isn't that postal fraud?????
I bought two policies after trying to check them out 6 months ago and now they are not honoring the warranty. Really they are not and they had the audacity to tell me too bad I’m stuck with the rest of the payments unless the vehicle is totaled or I go bankrupt. Don’t do it. These are not nice people on the delivery side. Oh yeah they lie big time on the sales side but too bad what they say does not count.
I receive constant mailed "last chance" notices and tonight received an automated call. when I selected to speak to a rep and told them it was 8:00 at night he ***g up on me.
I can't get off their contact list. I have already filed with the FCC on the phone calls (no action) and now I am getting mail fraud. The mail I can identify as this company.
Paid for extended warranty and have not received any confirmation about the service. Think i fell for a scam :(
They have called me repeatedly stating this is my LAST chance to extend my warranty before it expires...and now they just sent me so****ing in the mail. No idea how they got my address or phone number unless they are spamming DMV records or so****ing. These people are unscrupulous evil scammers.

they harassed me and my parents wanting our financial info
This company is a fraud. Don't give them any information about yourself nor your vehicle information.
i also received a final , but really "only" notice by mail...it was set to expire in a couple days... apparently a scam!
Sent me a notice in the mail that it was the "Final Notice" to extend my warranty. heared they were under investigation for fraud in Missouri.
sent to home
Boy, this company calls the same time almost every other day, and to make it worse, they even sent me a notice stating that the car warrant, on any car, is up. This is not the first time I received this notice and every time it states this is the final notice. I even told them, when they call that I do not need this and not to call back, but they still do.
Sends information in the mail and constantly calls even though I ask to be removed from the mailing and/or calling list.
We also got a mailing from them claiming they would extend the warranty on our car. It's phony and is geared to make you think you have some kind of account with them for your previous warranty and they will "extend" it for a fee. Scam alert!
they wont quite calling even when ask
These people continuously call my home! I have asked them to please stop everytime they call, but, they continue to call! This is Harra*****t!!! Today, I received a do***ent in the mail from them. This must be a SCAM for sure! Just who is Extended Warranty Corp. at 6055 Mexico Road, St. Peters, MO 63376 ?????????? Why doesn't someone in St. Peters, MO investigate and stop these people???
Requests your vehicle mileage and VIN # so "we may better****ist you". Be smart. Don't give them any information over the phone. You have no idea who you are speaking to. **** up.
they mailed me a postcard...
THIS PLACE HAS CALLED ME ABOUT 35 TIMES. I HAVE TOLD THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT 7 TIMES TO QUIT CALLING ME AND THEY AGREED, BUT I KEEP RECEIVING THEIR CALLS. IT NEVERS ENDS. MY CAR IS OVER 13 YEARS OLD. THIS IS SERIOUS HARRASSMENT ON THEIR PART.
