Leave a CommentI wasn't called from the number, but an unidentified charge was on my credit card and it listed this number. Of course, when I call the number, it is not a working number.
telling someone your date of birth isnt dangerous if someone wants that info they can pull up public records or ancestry.com silly head
the****Hats are calling me. Calling them back on landline = hold and they wont talk to me cuz im not the one they want to talk to lol.. Im going to set up a laptop to call them 24x7 on some hotel line here in town. It will call them and say "please call CCS at 1" this will feel good for all of you
I called back to the 1-877 number because I to was getting these calls at work. I actually got a hold of an agent so, so they called them. I asked where I was calling and he gave me a very long business name. Turns out its a third party collections agency. Why they were calling here? I don't know. They asked for someone who doesn't even work here.
I have gotten calls from Kevin Fields at that number too. Quite annoying, and the next time this number pops up on my ID, I'm going to answer and ask them to remove me from their list.
I got a message like everyone else from Ken. I called and a rude woman whom I could barely hear told me it is a Chicago collection agency . She asked for someone else, I told her it's not me, and we'll see what happens. People should know that in many states collection agencies are not allowed to leave their purpose for calling on a message - this is to protect your privacy. I'm not defending this guy, but don't****ume the worst because someone leaves a cryptic message like that. It might be legit.
This number s****ed calling me this morning at 8:10. They have called about every hour on the hour today and are still calling. I haven't answered and they aren't leaving a message. It's very annoying!
I get calls from and as someone other people have stated when I get them it is just blockbuster telling me to return my movies.
Caller did not indentify herself. very rude and refused to speak to me or give me a supervisor. Did not say why she was calling for. But I found out here that she was calling for collections for one of my friends. And I am that person and these rude people keep calling me. Thats ridiculous.
call my home 3-4 times a day asking for someone who does not live here. they have been told that and asked not to call here a***n. they don't - for about 8-10 hours, then they s**** a***n.
They just called a***n. This time it was "Dave" instead of "Timothy". I pressed 1 to talk to a representative. I didn't have to wait at all, I was instantly put on the line with a woman. I asked why they kept calling. They were looking for someone named Maria. I told them That I didn't know Maria and that I only have had this phone for a couple weeks. They said that they removed my number and they wouldn't call a***n. This is good. She was pretty polite and I'm not so annoyed anymore.
Just got a call. I answered and said*****o twice. The person asked for me by name and then ***g up. Scared me.
Mogs, did you not read the other comments posted here about junk debt collectors? READ THEM NOW!!!!!!
Yep. Good old "Annette Smith". Same deal, ie, "I've been trying to reach you" yadda-yadda-yadda. Like so many others, I'm puzzled about what it's about (ie, no debts). If anyone can get an address for these folks and posts it, I'll file suit (I'm a Texas-based attorney).
