Got a call but I was not available, brother took message. Name left was Foster Garbarth. Left the number and ***g up.

It's a law firm by the name of Forster & Garbus. Apparently, they are under investigation by NY AG for violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices act. If you have a delinquent Target card, that might be one source of the calls.

This number calls an no one is on the line. The DNC list doesn't stop robocalls. I don't even answer anymore.

I get calls from this number daily to collect a debt. I have told this so called LAW FIRM that it is not my debt and ask not to call anymore. They continue to call and are very nasty. I need the calls to stop. Please help.

I answered the phone and ***ody says anything. I keep saying*****o but just silence on the other end.

I answered and ***ody said anything.  I kept saying*****o but there was ***ody saying anything on the other end.  Happens all the time.  Very annoying.
