I filled out an order form for hearing aids from Oricle Hearing Aids from their website and before I could check and confirm my order it was processed before I could approve or cancel my order. I tried calling the company and was directed to send an e-mail. Since this was during business hours I kept getting the same answers to send an e-mail after trying several times calling them. I became su****ious and checked them out on [email protected]. They reported e-mail fraud scam 91% and phone fraud scam score 100%. I also found their presentation and pricing levels left more questions unanswered than answered. I was told they received my order and would ship it out.

Citibank fraud department just verify a balance transfer for security purposes. I always appreciate anything they can do to avoid any su****ious activity. They did not ask for any sensitive information as they already my account information.

I think citicards encourage fraud by this way. Why don't they give citicards general phone number with an extension, so people will not get concerned? Citicards always get me confused.

I work for Citi Fraud Early Warning. We do call to confirm recent requests or activity. And if we called and left a message for you, then yes, you do have a card with us. Although it might be one the partner ***nds we service, such as Key Bank, AT&T Universal, American Airlines, or Expedia.

The phone call was from 1-904-954-7500 CITICARDS according to caller ID, but the recording asked me calling back to 1-800-825-393 and provided a case number 0836 to identify myself when calling. I do not have yaccount with CITBANK.  I never did any business with them

THIS PHONE NUMBER IS CITI BANKS FRAUD DEPARTMENT. THEY CALL YOU IF THERE IS A RECENT C****E OR REQUEST ON YOUR EXISTING CITIBANK CREDIT CARD.

call me said that they got a fraud on my patinum visa card, and they want me to call them. i think its a scam ...let me know if you guys know anything
