These people have my cell phone number and keep calling me. Why are they not calling my home phone? I have repeatedly told them they are not to call my cell phone but they still do. They act like they are your friend but when asked who they are and to state their business they act the fool.

Calls every day. On caller ID, it shows as

Second time they have called my home, and this is an unlisted number

This is a debt collection agency...I informed them that we have filed for a chapter 7 bankruptcy and quit calling, but they still call...I will inform my attorney if I receive another call...

They call me and leave me a message a couple of times a day saying this is an important call and not sales.

They keep calling, and if this site says that they're a collection agency then they are disguising their name from the public so people will unknowingly answer the phone - and people need to know about that.

This company calls my work 4 to 5 times a day and leaves a message for someone to call them. They never ask for a name. It's annoying and i wish it would stop. HELP!!!!

They asked for a friend who listed as a reference and they are not even calling for me or my wife. Told them not to contact us a***n since it is not us-see if they call a***n.

I've received the same "this is the Palace, and this is not a sales call" message to my cell phone over the last 3 days. I've ignored the call since I was sure it was not legit.

Finally called back they said they where a collection agency for an old bill and wanted it paid and tried to get his credit card number we told them to send a bill to our house first so we could check it out - be careful giving out any numbers I hope this stops.

Constantly calls, caller ID says The Palace, 8:30AM on a Sa****ay morning!

I get this call on my personal and work Cell phone. They call about 3 times a day. My work Cell phone isn't in my name so I know these people are not looking for me. But what do they want is the true question? Anyone have any true Idea?

Called 8:00 am in the morning. Asking for my brother in-law who does'nt live with us.

They our place of business at least twice a day, I normally get to talk to a person, but when I have had to take a message because the person they are asking for isn't here they send me to the recording. The message states they are not a sales call, but it is important that we call back. Now all I've been getting is a recording.

We keep getting calls on our cell phone and they tell us to call the 800 number and then we are put on hold. We want them to STOP calling our cell phone. That should be illegal. 800-825-4425

Recorded message: "Hello - This is a important message from Appelleus. This is not a sales call. Please contact our office today at 1-800-825-4425. Once a***n please contact us at 1-800-825-4425. Thank You" This is getting to be annoying as these calls keep coming 2 to 3 times a week.

I received this call on my cell phone and I don't want any further calls from these people.  My credit is good and I'm not behind in anything and I don't want to use my minutes for these type of calls.

The message is always: "We have an important message for you from the Palace. Please call 1-800-825-4425." I have been getting several of these same messages every week for at least two months.

I never call them back, but the barrage of calls is non-stop now. It used to be a few a month, now it is a few a week. Ridiculous.

Recorded message stressing that, "this is not a sales call". Calls are consistant, between 3 and 4 per month. Private cell number. They seem to ignore the Do Not Call list.

This agency calls my job everyday!  They have been told to stop calling and will not!  Is this illegal for them to constantly calling my job even after they were told to stop by me and my supervisor.
