Ordered a kenmore dryer like over a year ago. If they call a***n I'll read them all the complaints until they **** up then block their****es.

What a load of ****, you can't stop these calls. There is no way to stop them short of turning off your phone. The National Do Not Call list doesn't work, if it did would we all still be getting these annoying calls??? I don't think so. I just laugh and don't answer the phone.

They call from day and night with relatively small intervals of time between each call. It's really annoying, and makes me want to go to my local mall where a Sears is located to punch the nearest customer service guy. (Yeah, that was a long sentence ._.) I don't even remember buying anything from Sears...

Continuous calling - We are on the "do-not-call" list.  How do they still get through?

I am getting multiple calls daily from 800-827-6655 from 8 am to 9 pm even on Sundays.  No message is left.  I do not pick up any call that says "Not Provided" for the name on my Call ID but from reading complaints here it is obvious that it is Sears calling.  I am going to answer the next time to prove what I****ume - it is a computer dialing multiple numbers and abandoning calls not answered quickly. I am going to complain to Sears and I filled out the FCC form as someone suggested.

I purposely do not answer these calls as I've already told them I wasn't interested.  We are also on the do not call list.

Calls EVERY day... several times a day within minutes of each call. If this really is Sears home warranty, I do not have a wrranty with them.

Searc called wanting me to purchase or renew a protection agreement.I wouldn't do business with Sears if they were the last retailer on the planet.They are crooks,liars and thieves out to force your last penny out of you.

Second "dead" call in two days at around same time.  Called back and found it was Sears.  After reading many complaints from others, I went to https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/1088dform.do and filed a complaint with the FCC.  You can google for "FCC report call" to find the same form.  The online form was easy to fill out.

They've called multiple times over the past week; and there's never a voice message with any follow up info.  The most annoying part is that the calls arrive at 8:30 pm or later.  [We did buy a Kenmore 'fridge from sears a few weeks ago that we had to call in a service ticket on last week...]

Day or night these calls come in on a regular basis. Enough is enough.

Have been repeated calls and have ignored.  First call they left a message re. credirt card protection.  I severed all ties with sears several years ago due to their interest rates.  Will try *60 tonight & see if that works.

We've also been getting a ton of calls from the number. What better be The last one came @ 8:23 on a Sa****ay morning.  I just called the number pressed 5, spoke to a live person and stearnly told her to put us on their do not call list!  She took our name number and address. I hope this is it!!

I get calls about twice a day from these folks, but they NEVER leave a msg, & I don't answer the call if I see an 800, 866, 877, or 888 # in my caller ID.  I am also on the donotcall list, but have 2 Sears appliances with warranties, so that ALLOWS them to contact me when the warranty is about to expire!!   That is why they are allowed to call. I am not interested in renewal, so I won't be calling back, if & when they leave a message identifying who they are & why they are calling. If any caller doesn't leave a message, I flat our refuse to call back!!

Same number, same story.  They never leave a message and call at all times of the day and night.  They don't 'get' that I do not by ANYTHING from telemarketers!

SEARS - if you are reading - I no longer do business with you because of these calls.  I am in the 'do not call' registry for a reason!!  Just because you 'can' call me does not mean that you 'should.' I will NEVER spend another red cent at SEARS!!!

This 800 number has called everyday for the last week, including Sa****ay and Sunday. Caller ID says Toll Free, and we just let it ring until the answering ma****e connects. There is no message but it wastes time checking Caller ID and listening to the phone ring. Next time it will be - CONNECT/DISCONNECT.

I get calls everyday and all day from 800-827-6655, it s****s @ 08:00 until 9:00 pm. I answer and not a word is said. I am on a do not call list and I still get calls like this. Why have a do not call list when it is not honored?

This unidentified number calls multiple times daily s****ing at 8 am on weekdays and 9 am on weekends. They never leave a message. We are on the do not call list.

This number and several other numbers have called non-stop over this Thanksgiving week. Please make them stop. So annoying to be in the middle of so****ing with family and get up to find a 800/877/888/866 number on the phone.

To Marie, yes Sears IS that desperate. If you ever bought anything at Sears or have a Sears card they will call and call and call and call and call and you can't stop them. They are desperate to push high profit warranties and the sales person is on a quota. So****ing I learned from my grand***her, the harder they try, the worse the deal. Warranties are extremely high profit items. Why do you think everywhere you buy so****ing they try and scare you into buying an extended warranty. Because it is nearly 98% pure profit. If it was that necessary to have they would factor it into the cost of the item and it would be a standard feature. When you buy one in the store the sales person gets a cut, the store manager gets a cut and Sears gets the rest. Sears wanted me to buy a 1 year warranty on my dishwasher that was about 1/3 the cost of a new one. Insanely high profits on an unneeded item.

This number showed up on my caller ID when I was not at home.I called it back and a recording said it was Sears and they wanted to know if I wanted to update a warranty.Push 1 for this,push 2 for that.When they went through all their numbers it came to "We will connect you with a customer service representative." So the customer service person said it was Sears also.From the conversation I got the impression they were looking for someone specific. I told the lady that I was not the person Sears was looking for and she named a couple of people whose names were connected with my phone number.I told her that no one by the names she mentioned lived here and that I do not have an account with Sears and never will have an account with Sears because they don't know how to treat the account holders they do have and some of their appliances are junk and their service is worthless. I suspect this was a debt collection call.
