I believe this is an automated call from Wachovia/Wells Fargo, or a collection agency calling on their behalf.  .  They put my line of credit on the wrong propertyfailed to cancel my line of creditand then forced over 1,000.00 in insurance on me because my homeowner's insurance supposedly lapsed(My homeowner's insurance has never lapsed so they had no legal right to force the insurance policy)       I provided them with do***entation from my lawyer and insurance company.    I still get harrassing calls from three different numbers for unauthorized insurance on an account that they failed to cancel which they placed on the wrong property.  (I gave them PIN number and address of the correct property and they still *****ed it up, and everything else I ever asked them to do.)  Still fighting it out with them.

According to this web site caller is Wachovia - they have called previously from a 336 area code #, but never from the 800 #. My pymt is current, was only due last week, yet they have been calling me since 2 days b/f due date. I have told them i get pd on a certain schedule and if the pymt date falls b/f my pay date i will pay them as soon as my next pay is rcvd - they have never NOT been paid and i have never gone 30 days over due date. They only call at my place of employment and I have asked repeatedly to STOP calling me at work as this could cost me my job. If that happens they're really out of luck - no job, no payment to Wachovia!!!!

15-20 CALLS DAILY AT HOME(ANSWER MA****E), WORK & CELL TO PAY CURRENT MORTGAGEE PAYMENT FROM ACTUAL DUE DATE 'TILL IT GETS PAID...THEY MUST THINK PEOPLE ARE EITHER ****** OR SENILE..WE DO NOT NEED TO BE CONSTANTLY REMINDED AS TO PAY ESPECIALLY WHEN WE ARE CURRENT

They call repeatedly at work and on cell, **** up and call a***n. They never leave a message.

For a year, Wachovia has been calling asking for someone I do not know. I've been at this phone # for 13 years, they've told me they would remove it (months ago), but they continue to call me.

THEY CALL AT 8 IN THE MORNING!

Will call up to TEN TIMES in ONE HOUR. When we pick up to answer, no one is there.

I answered once to try to get them to stop calling as they call at least 4 times/day. They are trained to argue unreasonably and try to get you to make a pmt by phone. When I call Wachovia, who they say they are from, our credit is less than 30 days late so we are not even in the status of being reported to a credit bureau as we make payments every month.

They asked for me by miss*****ouncing it completely...using letters that weren't even in my name. When my secretary said that we weren't available they ***g up on us. after googling it, noticed that it looks to be a scam... Caller ID said 1-800-829-2474

I have called my local wachovia ***nch office and spoke with the ***nch manager and they have told me that this number 800 829-2474 is NOT an official Wachovia Number AND THEY DO NOT ASK FOR ID NUMBERS ON THE PHONE OR ON LINE AS THAT IS ILLEGAL

the calls are made by a  random calling ma****e and when you  answer the phone there is a momentary pause  while the  wachovia accounts person comes to the phone to harrass and intimidate you about your past due account or for what ever reason they called you. you can fight back as this kind of call is illegal and the FBI will investigate and prosecute it , the fine for each call to your number is   $ 5,000.00 . I know I recently filled for  Bankruptcy protection and they have been calling me since Nov 1, 2008 and its now January 9 2009 , MY lawyer warned them about calling my number now that I have filled for bankruptcy on Jan 5, 2009

THEY CALL EVERY DAY ONCE MY GRACE PERIOD TAKES AFFECT. THEY ALSO HAVE MANY DEFFERENT NUMBERS.SO FAR 16 CALLS DURING MY GRACE PRRIOD. FUNNY BUT THEY RECIEVED THE BAILOUT MONEY FROM US AND THEY HARREST US. I THING ITS ABOUT TIME I S**** CALLING THEM AND ASK HOW OUR BAILOUT MONEY IS DOING. ANY OTHER BUSSINESS WITH WACHOVIA OR INVESTMENTS WILL STOP MABE IF WE ALL SEND THAT MESSAGE TO WACHOVIA THEY GET THER ACT TOGETHER.I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH WACHOVIA FOR FIVE YEARS AND CAN SAY I NEVER BEEN LATE.

I'm extremely annoyed with Wachovia. They call me DURING the grace period at home, business and cell phone. They call twice in a row - and they even called during the Giants game last night. And we PAID them, too. Two months ago, I gave the clueless rep a piece of my mind telling her to note them to never call me during the grace period. Oh, they have no way of knowing, as that's not provided. I'm sorry they are nervous, but if I have a grace period and can use the money elsewhere during that time, I certainly will do so. Even with my request for 'no more calls', they still do. I just got one now, and we made the payment on Sa****ay - at the bank. Don't these guys have any realtime data?

Call rings in and a recording states to hold for an important call for this number. I **** up. If its an important call then they should know who to ask for and there should be a person asking not a recording.

They have called my home phone repeatedly asking for Raphael and there is no one here by that name and there never has been. They **** up on me when I request they stop calling or tell them they have a wrong number.

They continue to call although I have told them I will pay them when we have the money. They call me at work and on cell, which could get me fired!!!

I have no idea why Wachovia would be calling me.  I have money in my account and an overdraft.
