These people are so freaking annoying, they need to get better employees to answer, u call them back and they should @ least answer greeting u with there name company and what not!! And if ur customer service suxs like it does right now u better believe people r going to keep ****ing up on u all!!! Stop calling and send me a freaking letter instead!!!

I just called the number back and asked who they were and all they said is that they were looking foir a Kevin -i didnt catch the last name- and i said that this was not him and she said that she was sorry and that she'd take me off the list. one time they called me when ik wasnt in school and i picked up and they were asking for a Tony so****ing.  really people when you say youre going to take someone off your list then do it.  and she never answered my question >:0

they called asking for someone I didn't know... but than they said oh they go by this name... It bothered me that they were looking for my step***her, but they knew all of my information.  If you have all of my information than you should have all of his information.  I don't give a hoot if you are a bill collector.  If you are rude to me and **** up when I ask you the name of the company and why you are calling you can drop dead if you think I'm giving you my parents phone number.  I know for a fact that they have all of their bills paid.  I'm concerned because his son  has used his name fraudulently.  Rude companies will not get any****istance from me. -  I wrote debt collector only because I googled and found out.  My advise if they call anyone.... just **** up on them and see how they like it.  In fact say exactly what they say to you.  I'm sorry I can't divulge that information. Called our home every few hours the last few days, no one there when picked up, WTH!!! Finally we call them back and they ask for info about my sister's ***her in law!! We tell them we have nothing on them and ask to be taken off list...we'll see. WHAT A PAIN!!

I called them 10 times in row :). (they kept calling me by my wife's ex-husband's last name) I kindly (HA!) explaned i wasnt Mr.****. They volintarilly romeved my # from there calling list. HAHAHAHAHA

At night my wife got a call to our cell the caller ask for a David but did not know the last name. my wife said there is know here by that name. the caller say yes I need your neighbors information. I live on a mountain you can't see any houses around us and we just moved in our house. After I said we did not know our neighbor they where rude said bad words to my wife and me. Then i ask for the callers name she ***g up. I call back ask for a superviser and was ***g up on a***n. call back got the superviser ask that they don't call about my neighbors any more. She got rude and told me she was the person that called my wife. I asked for her name she ***g up a***n. now they wont take my calls. they ask for your help then cus at you. rude rude if she was my child I would wash her mouth with soap. my wife wont even turn on her cell now.some body do so****ing to make them stop!

Calls s**** about 8 a.m. and go thru til 9:30 p.m.  Many times it rings only once or twice.  I can't get to the phone in time to answer.  Very rude.  If I owe somebody so****ing then they should at least have the common sense to stay on the phone until I can answer then tell me what the problem is.  They could also leave a message but instead all they do is ring the phone and **** up.  Just how long can this keep going on?

11 calls in a week! ****s up before we can answer, probably a good thing for mister polite. If you are calling people in the offenders neighborhood to see if their neighbors will harass them, you **** at your job!!!! I have an idea, you are only  an hour and a half from the location you are calling why don't you just get in you car and drive up and do some investigating. I'm sorry that would require actual work, and possibly violate other laws that you could not so easily deny. You might end up in jail!

I don't answer "unknown" caller IDs unless I recognize the number.  However, I do check my messages and return important calls.  Why do these people NOT leave messages, but just repeatedly call and **** up on my answering ma****e? I have a number that used to belong to my stepkids, as well as my own daughter, and am willing to pass on messages...if they will LEAVE a message.  So far, just ringing harrassment.

I got a call during the day.  I called the number back, and rep. asked for my number, when I gave it to her, she asked if I knew someone nearby.  I said no, and asked, why do you not call them.  She said that she thought we would know them amd then insulted me by telling me that this was 2009 and am I living in it.  Now what the***** doe sthat mean?  And so since this rep was so smart I asked should I call your neighbor and asked about you?  She said a few words to me about how ****** that was and how dumb I was,and I returned the favor, she then s****ed pushing the ****ons and making noises in her mouthpiece, like that is meaningful.  If anyone from this company looks at this website, and see this comment.  Remember, people like you will be turned in, and if I have anything to do with it, you will be reported to my state in MO and in yours.

Calls all day over and over! ****s up before I can even answer the phone and obviously before the answering ma****e could pick up. Maybe if they'd allow me to answer - ???if theres a debt I owe??? -  I could learn about it and maybe pay it!!!!! To noobie - politeness is sometimes all about perception. You may think your being polite, but most likely are not! Otherwise you wouldn't have someone getting so frustrated as to tell you he's done talking to you! Think about it - then try calling a***n (you will)and allow the phone to complete at least 4 rings.

The number and information is not secret.  Yes, it goes to Regional Adjustment Bureau.  As collectors we are tasked with a service to our customers.  Our customer is the person in which people owe the money.  With regards to being rude, well I am not for our representatives chewing someones head off, however you must understand that collections is not customer service.  And honestly, after so much time subjected the the comments that people make when we call and try to discuss a situation with them calmly you might become a bit hardened too.  To quote a person I spoke with just last night..."Listen you god **** mother f***er I am done talking to you..."  While many might not believe it, I was being polite to him.

Calls several times a day, over and over a***n. Calls house and cell number. If u try to talk to them they don't speak very good or proper english.... Claim to be a collection agency but never can provide good information when asked and don't understand harrassment laws in any state.

I received a call from these jokers. Apparently a co-worker has been getting calls and now they are rea****g out to all of us to force her to resolve her debt.  The screaming by the Kevin Davenport was unbelievable!  I put him on speaker and our entire office listened as he ranted and raved about me being an idiot.  We all laughed and had a marvelous time with it. Let's just all feel sorry for this fool that this is how he has to make a living.  How pathetic...

Ok, so check this out; I moved into this house and carried over the same number from my apartment that I was in for 6 months. Today, I get the same 800# call that I have gotten since I moved here and like a few people here has said, they **** up before I can answer the call and I call back and get a ringing phone, or on hold for hours. BUT, TODAY I finally answered in time and they lady quickly asked if I know so and so at this address. I say no, I double take and ask for the address a***n she said 9441, mine is 9451. I tell her she is mistaken and then it hits me, hold up! she knows MY name. I ask how, and she said so and so listed me as a neighbor and quickly ***g up. Needless to say I was freaked out!!! I was thinking IDEN***Y THEFT!!!! So I jump on the net and find all this stuff.Well I have figured it out! These sons of b***hes are going thru the **** phone book and calling random neighbors!!! I have never even met the person they called about! After reading this, I say F*** THEM!!!!! I have their # and its an 800, soooo THEY have to pay the bill. If we can all get together and call then 5-10 times during the day and just **** up, they will get the bill!!! hahahah!!! If not, there is always the air horn idea!!! These people are a real pain they call several times a day,It seems like they run in cycles of calling nonstop for a few weeks then it stops.They have taken up calling me at work and today 5-23-08 they called my neigbor who in turn called me at work,and yes they never say what the matter is about just thats its very important that you call them.Think  hell is gonna freeze over 1st,if anyone has a suggestion how how to stop theses people please post it.

They keep calling me too - but they do not even have my name right (they keep calling for Stephanie and that is not me!) so I see no reason to call them back.

I get calls all hours of the day from this number. The funny thing is if you want to contact me dont **** up after the second ring!! They cal let it ring two times then **** up!! It is ******..I have called the number back i have sat on hold 4 different times for 30 minutes or more trying to get through to them and i dont! If it is a business not professional at all!!!

They call about 8:!5 in the morning and then between 8 and 9 in the evening.It usually only rings once. They need to be stopped.

Rude. Insistent. Failure to comply with the laws that agencies MUST identify themselves. They make threats that are quite obviously illegal - "We'll put in jail... We'll take your house and car"... I have the right to not be verbally****ualted and abused over the phone but no public office wants to****ist!!!! Now what?

There is a woman named Mrs.Woods that keeps calling for one of our employees and now she is harassing me when I answer the phone,our employees cannot be pulled away from there station unless it is a family emergency,she will not stop calling,so****ing has to be done about this.This is way out of hand.

My parents received several calls from this number looking for my ex-husband.  My ex was really bad w/ bill management, so we've been****uming it's a collection agency.  But they won't tell me what it's in reference to and I've been hesitant to give my ex-husband's information out.  He may be my ex and he may have issues, but I don't think we should give out any information without knowing who we are giving it to.  If anyone knows who these people are, I'd love to know!!!!

Lindsey Miller from this number called and asked me to contact one of my neighbors for her. She said she's trying to get in touch with him. She wants me to take her name and number and hand deliver it to my neighbor - whom I don't even know.Oddly, someone from this same number called me twice earlier this morning and ***g up before I could answer.Who are these people?

I have been receiving calls for the past year from these people.  I have told them several times that they have the wrong number. They are asking for someone by the name of Justin every single time they call. I have spoken to Rebecca Campbell, Katie Wells, Sarah, Amy Harris - to name a few.  They leave messages throughout the day for this Justin.  They call ALL the time.  Every time I answer or call them back and speak to someone they always say, "OK, let me put that in the computer."  Yet, they still call the next day. I finally got rude tonight with Amy Harris who ***G UP ON ME!!!!!  These people have called me every single day for the past year!!! And she ***g up on ME!  I am so done with them!  And let me get my hands on JUSTIN HOLLER and he is done too!!!

I received a call on my voicemail at work to call a Shannon Albright back.  It was highly important and I had to call back today.  I called the number back and after having to give my name in order to even connect the call she finally told me the name of the company.  Once I was connected to someone (who wasn't even the person who called me) she got testy when I asked her what the call was concerning.  I figure if you hadn't gotten enough information from me giving my name, giving you my address and other info won't get you any closer to telling me what the call is about either.  I promptly ***g up on her after that.  Do not return their calls!!!  They are very rude!!!  Can we s**** a campaign where we call them, their friends and family and their neighbors?
