Also got a letter in the mail. Amount owed was more than what was calculated. Would not explain. Then got a second letter noting penalties. Contact # same as 800 number. Letter looked authentic from Charleston WV. Wonder if inside job?
Con call looking to find SSN's and Names to use for money. Beware. she will act as if she was with Social Security.
