Junk fax at least once a week. Went to call the number to be removed and the number is "no longer in service". They need to be reported!

They send out Junk Faxes all hours of the day to my home fax ma****e. No fax origination number on fax. I have an unlisted number and I'm on the Do Not Call Registry. Also DBA as Excellent Health Care Plans. Called to request that I be taken off of their call list and spoke with a "John Smith". Real wiseguy.
I am on a do not call list and their is a substantial penlty when if I receive a***n.
