They deactivated all 4 of our phones and then hacked into all of my husband's banking and locked him out after I refused to agree to an add-on protection plan. We're 2 days in and still haven't resolved all the issues
Verizon blocked this number. I use their spam blocker... phone doesn't even ring...just lights up and says blocking. Spammer may be using Verizon number.

this number was Verizon Services, they called me back .
Phone I.D. appeared as "VERIZON SUPPORT" and was a pre-recorded message. It said an unusual charge had been added to your account and wanted me to press "1" if I did not make the charge. I ***g up and contacted Verizon. Verizon verified that it was not them.
