I get these calls all the time on my cell. I do have a Lane Bryant card but it is current. Also, I only owe them $17.00. I never answer 800 calls. No message is left. It's very annoying!

I kept receiving call from here over and over a***n. Well I finally got fed up and answered. It was a Lane Bryant Credit Card representative. I forgot to pay my bill. I went online and paid my bill and the calls stopped.

My complaint is that the calls come in and no one answers. When I reverse call the number, the recording says Catherine's and then asks for personal information. I ***g up and got the Catherine's customer service number off their website. They said this number is not theirs as they have no 838 prefixes on file. I do have a Lane Bryant card and they are sister stores but Catherine's Customer Service said they don't telemarket or cross promote. I have no idea what to do now to get the calls to stop. Help!

When I reverse called the number, like many of you, it answered as Catherine's and asked for personal information.  I ***g up and went on line, calling the Catherine's posted Customer Service number on their website.  The woman researched this number and said it wasn't one of their numbers as they don't use any 838 prefixes.  Catherine's is a sister store to Lane Bryant but I was told by Catherine's customer service that they don't cross telemarket or share credit card information.  I do have a L.B. card but it is current.  Not sure what else to do to make the calls stop.  Anyone?

They called and it was just dead air no one answered, no one ***g up.

IT IS FASHION BUG #.I received a call at 6 pm, had a recording to hold and promptly a lady asked for me by first name, she told me she was from Fashion Bug and that our call may be recorded, I told her fine, she was professional.  She advised I had a past due balance, I told her the only balance was the $25.00 fee they want to charge for me to renew my card, I advised I had sent my statement and a note that I did not want the card if I had to pay for it, she said she would transfer me to customer service to zero my balance, a few minutes later, a man with strong accent said he was customer service, and that the call may be recoreded, I told him fine...he wanted the last 4 digits of my SS to verify information, I told him no, he called me, I have had an acount with them for a few years they have all the info they need, including my address, the said he needed it, I repeated, then said I needed the account zeroed and told him why, then he wanted my date of birth, I said no, you called me, just zero my account, if you need so****ing verified feel free to mail me so****ing and I will mail it back, and I said very kindly, please do not call me a***n and bye bye and I ***g up.Whew...so be careful if you do have an account with them, I don't know if they are really who they say they are...they should not call back, if so, then I turn them in.  I always paid them on time...so sad...Good luck everyone...

Well I got 3 calls today, phone on silent at work, no message left. One was from 800-838-4112 and two from 866-797-8775.I don't know of Catherine's but I too have a Fashion Bug card, account paid off...if it is them, I will not frequent there store if they are selling my number...and I will turn them into our No Call List in Missouri, and the Federal No call as well, we are on that list for both.  Sad, you shop somewhere and they make money by selling your phone number...I will see if this is Fashion Bug.  They won't get information from me, at any cost.

I do have a Fashion Bug card, and they are all together under Spirit of America Bank... yup, I'm behind....but don't freakin' harass me and not even leave me a message!!!I've already called them with my situation, I don't need to be harassed.Reeeediculous!!

I get at least 4 calls a day from this number. I have never answer the call. As I don't know who it is.

All it says is Toll Free

Every day 2 & 3 times a day. But no one is ever there, you pick up the line and nothing. I've called the number back trying to figure out who it is and it will say "Thank you for calling Catherines" one time another time it will say "Thank you for calling World Financial" and then another time it will say "Thank you for calling Fashion Bug"... World Financial owns: Catherines, ***ples, Fashion Bug, & Lane Bryant charge card accounts, and I am sure there are more. IF you are like me and tired of the calls you can send them a Cease & Desist letter and they have to contact you only via mail.

Me a***n.  So, I put in a fake social security number and they connected me to a human.  This person needed my name, address, phone number in order to talk to me.  I told him that I do not give that information over the phone, that my bill is paid in full and that I will be going down the block to my Catherine's store to see what is up.NEVER GIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!

Okay.  So, I've just called this number back.  They are asking me to input my 16 digit account number (Catherine's credit card number) or my social security number in order to allow me to speak to a human.  Sounds very su****ious. I think this is the newest ****od of iden***y theft.  We should all put in fact numbers.

They call day after day after day to tel us about sales. Half the time when we pick up no one responds. They need to stop calling!

calls every hour in the morning. no one answers. it's very disruptive for family members who need to sleep in the day.

I'm on the do not call list yet all the tollfree numbers call at all hours. I think that they should not be allowed to call.

these people call everyday they need to stop!!!!!!!!! i will never answer 800 calls!!!!!!!!!

yet another computer generated call that takes too long to connect - with a person we've never done business with on the other end.
