Automated system faking my Mobile Phone Account. This # is just fishing for personal information.
Number is a recorded message your Sprint bill is overdue
This number is owned by Sprint customer finance services.
claims i owe them money, but it's a family plan, and i don't pay the bill on it...
I got the call and my bill is past due. Received this call a few months ago also. Kind of ironic if it is a scam that it tends to coincide with me being late.
This person continues to call on my mother's cell phone all kinds of hours and at times ****ing up or not answering when one picks up the call. They also continue to asked for personal information that should not be asked over the telephone system. When asked to forward a bill and who is your headquarter address, they **** up to advoid questioning by us

These people call constantly and I do not do business with Sprint/Nextell - why are they continuously allowed to do this?
I just got that call. It was an automated "sprint" rep, informing me that my bill was "past due" and I could pay with a debit or credit card immediately to avoid service interruption. Seemed fishy, so I ***g up and called Sprint and they said that it was NOT their number and they do not use automated collections. It was a scam (I almost fell for it).
Sprint wants MY MONEY!!
Left message with with options to press this number and that.
I already paid what I owed to Sprint. Yet they keep calling me ...
Scam, they claim to be from Sprint/Nextel saying a payment is due. Sprint has stated that this is NOT one of their numbers.
keep getting these call's from Sprint Nextel. I have never used their service & after this I never would! When I called the corporate office of Sprint she said I needed to give her my #SS no., I told her no way was I going to give her that being I do not do business with them. Since she thought it was so ok with my giving her my #SS no. I told her to give me her's & she wasn't so eager to hand it out to just anyone. I told her maybe other's having this same problem we should s**** a class action suit a***nst them. I also told her they need to make it to where when we receive these automated call's that there is an option right then & there to speak to a human to either discuss the matter or ask them to remove your phone no. from their list.
This is a computer calling for the wrong person and it never gives an option to talk to a real person to get this communicated.
IT IS A SCAM!!!!! Period. Do not believe anyone who says otherwise or you deserve to lose whatever they con you out of. It has absolutely NOTHING to do with your bill or Sprint. Please don't be ****** - they're originating from outside the U.S. by the way. Just Google the number people: ****394254
