Called me about another person, when I told them they had a wrong number they did the usual song and dance trying to get my info.  They tried to sound confused and say they were trying to figure it out.  I told them that the person they were trying to reach was one of five I have gotten calls for and I am tired of it.  She tried to act like I was lying and wanted to know how long I had my phone number.  I told her that the person she was trying to reach may have had it two years ago or she is giving out my number now and it needs to stop.  When she tried a***n to get me to give her more info I told her I had contacted the FCC about the harassment and I was told I could sue the companies that were harassing me over other people's debt thank you very much and I ***g up on her.  Would like to know the location of these people so I could turn them in to their local law enforcement.  Don't give any personal info to these clowns they are trying to rip you off.  It sounded like she said she was with PMB and had a claim number of 1374304.  Anyone else get the same drivel?

They keep calling my cell phone and ****ing up.  I do not give out my cell phone so I wonder how they got it.

Call from a "Lorraine" doubtful that is her name.  She left a reference # AND TOLD ME TO CALL HER BEFORE COB THE DAY SHE CALLED.Of course, I never called back as I suspected who this was from.  I have no credit cards and what I had, I've paid off.  So, you can all see, it is not worth your time to even respond to this shady Company.  They are definitely off-s****, God only knows where but they use an access company to call our numbers here in the [email protected] this is the e-mail address of the company whose telephone linkage they are using.  I sent an e-mail to them complaining that they are providing a service to a company that is running a scam.  I think you all should flood their e-mail and complain as well

Called my house and then ***g up without saying a word after my husband answered. I called the number back, it was answered by B & B Capitol, with no record of calling my number as mentioned in previous comments by others.

everyone thinks these companys are scams this and that, well there  not scams.  ur cc companies sell ur debt to a bunch of investors and then out source companys like this one here p and b capital group llc  this company turned around and helped me to settle my debt for less then what i owed  on my credit report it stated i owed 2345.61 but when they called me it was 3125.45  because all the intrest that builds up on it  i settled my account for 50% and i was free of all debt  now all collectors are not the same i am very good at what i do and i am very nice and work with people to to get matter resolved  yes not all are  i am a collector myself and i know how all this works and believe its not always bad to work with someone

My dad taught me a great way to handle these people. If you have caller ID and see a number you do not recognize, with an 888, 866, or 800 prefix, pick up the phone and place the receiver down somewhere, go about your business, and they will have no one to talk to. Eventually, they will **** up and you got the best of them. No stress. No hassle. No discussion. Last time I checked, you have a right to not talk to anyone who calls you, so why do it?

These bottom feeder have bought old debt, and now are trying to collect. Many of these debts have been paid off, forgiven, or the statue of limitations has run out. Paying them one cent is a waste of money.  It goes only to THEIR pocket, and does nothing for you or your credit. **** UP..if you talk to them and acknowledge any debt, the 7 year statue s****s all over...**** UP, and ignore these ****s. They claim to be lawyers. THEY ARE NOT, AND CAN DO YOU NO HARM.. UNLESS YOU TALK TO THEM..   **** UP OR BLocK THEIR NUMBERS..

They called my house at 8:30 AM for the past 4 Sa****ays. My 7 yo daughter finally answered and it was a recording saying we needed to call back ASAP, that is was an urgent time sensitive matter. When I called the number, they had no record of my number or anyone by my name.

I left the above message before checking caller ID - these fools called our house *five* times TODAY (but left one message). One call every hour between 1pm and 5pm. I called and left a message asking them to stop calling, wonder if it will work. Will contact BBB and the State Bar per other suggestions.

Have left multiple "urgent" messages indicating they are law offices calling with a particular case number. Have received 6 or 7 so far. This last call was a claim to be delivering "legal paperwork" in the next 72 hours--they've got the wrong number, wrong name, but continue to call and say they're lawyers.

I Got The Same Call And Called My Attorney!  They  Are  trying   To Make Money From You.  They Are Not Legal.   They Called Me A Thief And Told Me I Stole Money From My My Credit Card Company, Not True!      They Are A Bunch Of Shifty No Good  ***S   And They Are   To Lazy To Work And They Figure IF They Scare People Into Sending Them Money They Get Away With It And Your Creditors Will Never Know.   Call Your Credit Card  Company And Report This To Them.   If Your Creditors Want To Collect They Will Let You Know.  Don,t Let These ***s Scare You.  They Caused Me So Much Hurt, My Attorney Knows About This.  She Told Me Don,t Answer The Phone To Callers You Don,t Know!    Sorry This Happened To You Also!   Don,t Send Them Any Money!  If You Have Given Them Your Checking Account Number, C****e Your Account Number With Your Bank.  Don,t Blame Yourself!  Take Care!  You Can Also Report It To The Police !  Lets Get Them And Punish Them!  They Deserve It For What They Have Done To Other People.  I Have Found Complaints ON Other Web Sites Too!  They Are Not Attorneys,   Don,t Be Fooled Anymore!  Protect Your Rights!  Put Them In The Slammer For Threating You And Thats What They Did To Me.  Stop Them Now!

called me telling me they were fileing a civil suit a***nst me, i called back but told them i would call later. He knew how much i owed on my credit card and gave me a payment plan. What should i do, who else should i contact and will they keep calling my home.
