They called me on my cell phone a few times and they ask for some Michelle Shepard. How can I stop it?

These people call at least three or four times a day.  We refuse to answer and when we do they get very nasty, looking to collect from us.  For what?  They will continue calling even as early as exactly at 8 AM in the morning (also on Sa****ay and Sunday).  What a bunch of leaches.  They need to crawl back under a rock and stay there!!

My 19 year old daughter has s****ed receiving calls from both these numbers on her cell phone. They identified themselves as ERS but then ***g up halfway through their spiel. They call several times a day and although she did have a WAMU account when she was a child it was only a savings account and was never overdrawn. It was closed more than three years ago. She has a checking account through my credit union. She doesn't have any debt at all. She is a full time college student living at home and since we pay her tuition she doesn't even have student loans. There isn't any possible way she owes these people money, but they are asking for her by name. I can't ever get anyone to answer at these numbers when I call them back.

I get atleast 4 calls a day from these people. The are calling to collect on a debt from my closed checking account. I am fueding with my old bank about an un authorized debit they placed on my account. I stopped depositing money in it untill they took it off. The account is closed and now this company is collecting on it. I have never answered and I****ume it is the company you all are talking about. They call from 425.562.3215 & 800.847.2460

They call everyday Mon-Sun. They don't say anything. They just **** up. It's very irriating. PLEASE STOP ALL THE CALLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I keep getting calls from them that have no one on the other end. If it is WAMU, then I had an account with them, but closed it out some time ago...I don't know why I would be getting calls and have chosen to ignore them.

they called me with the same bs so i called them about 75 to 80 times that same day and harrased them for there name and personal info they havent called me since lol the women got ****ed and ***g up so i called over and over a***n

ers solutions, they are a collection agency for WAMU. They call daily, sometimes all day long.  I ignore them.

I had a phone call like that today.  Similar to another number 425-562-3215 (WASHINGTON AREA CODE).  They called me 3-5 times and left no message.  When I first called up their number, they ***g up on me twice. Finally I was able to reach someone on that number.  It's a collection agency, they refer themselves as ER SOLUTION. Don't give them any of your personal information!  You don't want to verify anything of yourself over the phone to some stranger who is likely to steal your iden***y. That's the worse thing to be a viCtim of theft iden***y.  Be aware that your personal information can be bought over the internet, so be careful what you give and what you post.

i received several calls asking for my name, first of all me and my dad have da same name, they ask to verify da last four digits of my social, but it didnt work, but my dads didnt either,but they called my cell,they dont want to speak with any of us when i call they say they need to talk to my dad when my dad calls they say they need to talk to me, and they dont wanna give info about their company, very very rude and unprofessional people, spoke to supervisor and he said to stop calling and that they dnt want to talk to me then he ***g up, these people left me very upset and wondering what is it about.

I received several calls from them and when I called back they rattled off a company name I have never heard of and said they were calling about a bank account I have. They knew the name of my bank. Then they said they could not tell me why they were calling until I gave them the last 4 digits of my social security number. It was very strange. When I refused they said they will write down that I refused and do whatever they needed to do. They were very rude.

I want them to stop calling me.  I am on suspension for these people calling me on my job. How can I do this?
