Keep calling but no one answers! *** em

Asking for my stepson who moved out over a year ago. When I ask to be removed from the call list I am told they will call back later. They are very rude and condescending and are about to be contacted by my lawyer

This is collections for Verizon wireless... They are very rude and unprofessional... I had some man that spoke broken english insult me and caused me to cuss him until he ***g up on me

They call me almost 5 times a day. It's so annoying.

e r solutions is who they are a collection company. yes they should be sued for ****ing up our cells. I think we should get a huge group of us together and slot five to ten minutes and **** them up... that would be funny...

I got 3 calls from them and have not answerd any of them. I dont know what they want from me

I think they could probably be sued for such harassment that's why they don't want. us to know who they are.

how ironic they're calling well I'm sitting here reading comments about their company they are... they are Very unprofessional ...

these people tried to access my face book and i was notified by facebook that the number location was from washington  they have inconvieniced me by calling and they vile 8 ed me by trying to acces my  personal facebook account and for what reason. they are not a collection agency i know that they are a complete fraud  solution gonna c****e my phone and every thing

Here's What to Do....i make room for them in my circle. that way it doesn't cost you to bug the s**t out of them for a c****e. everytime they call me i dedicate atleast 20 mins of my time calling them back and ****ing up on them or just sitting the phone down till they **** up. after a few weeks of this they usally stop calling and if they dare to call back after a few weeks, i s**** hitting them back! works everytime! NOW, go out and get you some REVENGE! HA HAAHAAHAA!!!

I keep getting these calls every half hour or so...havent answered because i am pre-paid, but its s****ing to get really irriatted.

I'm constantly getting calls from this number on my cell.  I'm VERY ****ed about it.  They never leave a message and will call 3 times in a 30 minute time span.  They also call on weekends and at the craziest times of day.  What is up with that?

I got a new iPhone a couple weeks ago and from the first couple days they kept calling. and they won't stop calling. The AT&T people told me I'd get a call from people with a survey for how their customer service was but why would they be so persistent? and no one else on here has said anything about that.and like others said, they won't leave a message and I refuse to pick up some 800 number.

THis number is attatched to ER Solutions.  It is a collections service.  We received a call from them regarding an old cell phone bill.  The Service Rep was horrible rude and ***g up on me.  We called them back and read them the riot act.  We asked that they review their tape and reprimand the individual. Once we put up a stink they became much more respectful and professional.  Do not be afraid to call this number back and demand respect.  You must use their tactics in order to ***n results.  Good Luck.

This number has called my daughters phone way over 50 times, i called the number back and they are asking for i guy named john. I told them to stop but they havent. by the way my daughter is only 11 years old. I think there office is in Renton WA, when i find out i'm going to pay them a visit.

I have been getting calls from this phone number, but no one replies when I answer the phone, and they never leave a message. If this is a collections company, I don't understand why thy are calling since I don't have any bad debts, and why don't they respond when I say "Hello"?

This number keeps coming up on my cell, they do not leave a message. Would be nice to know who it is & what they want.

The calls s****ed coming in for my dad. Now i get them. It's really annoying cause it's a call to me and it's just a ****** recording!! i want it to stop!!!

ER Solutions is a collection agency. They have a horrible reputation for illegal practices. Check them up on the web by sear****g google for 'ER Solutions".

We have a new phone number/service. Just got our number Tuesday, it's unlisted and haven't given it to anyone. In the last 24 hrs. we have recieved 6 calls from 800-847-2461. Our phone is set to block calls with no caller ID, but since this one says 800 Service, it gets through. No messages are left. We work different shifts so it's highly unlikely that anyone will be here to answer, and if we were home we may be sleeping. Don't know who is calling or why. This is ridiculous.

I don't answer numbers i don't know. They've called three times as well as other misterious numbers all in the last two weeks. I'm getting tired of this.

Have received these calls all hours of the day and night.

Repeatedly calling my home with an automated message (and a brittish accent?) asking for someone who I don't know.  Says "ER Solutions" on the message but the number the leave (800-847-2461) is not listed anywhere on ER Solutions website or on the Better Business Bureau's listing for ER Solutions.

Called looking for my daughter, who is in the military and barely 18.  Would not say who they were with, what the matter was regarding, but were extremely rude.  We called back to finally get the name of the company, which they stated as AR Solutions

Constantly call asking for someone who does not go by the name they list, even though it is their legal name.  Everytime I say they are unavailable, they immediately **** up the phone.  The Company Identifies itself as "ERS."  That is all I know right now.

Called and asked for someone in my household(I'd rather not mention names). They refused to tell me what for and asked for the social security number of the person they were looking for. I said no and they read off a number that wasn't anyone that I know. The people were really rude!!

Says I recieved and missed this number at 4:42, Thursday Dec 27.  Didn't have it with me, so understand the missed but not the recieved part.
