Automated call to lower interest....SCAM I've lost count of the # of calls from them. I'm on the do not call registry, I push #3 to be taken off list...LOL

Go to donotcall.gov & file a complaint. maybe enough will get some action.

I live in Kansas and filed a complaint today with the Kansas Attorney General, providing the info below from "****ed Off." Hopefully, they will do so****ing about it. (Thanks, ****ed Off, for your leg work.) I have received these calls for several months several times per week.

But then they don't know who they called or any of your account information. This means it's a scam! If it were for real they would have all of your information when they called. If you were to give the information that they ask for, to them they would have enough information on you to ruin your credit, open new accounts, use your existing credit or just drain what you have in savings.

I just added their number to my Don't Answer contact which has a "silent" ring tone. It will never ring a***n.

This is a credit card scam, offering to lower my interest rates "to as low as 6%." As I always do, I spoke with a representative and asked why they were bothering me, since I have no credit card debt and no interest in their services. This time, I got a response unlike any I've gotten before: "We didn't call you." Huh? My phone rang. Your company was on the other end. If you didn't call me, who did?

Card Services a***n with a pre-recorded message to lower interest rates. I do not have a credit card, never have.

I have received a number of phone calls from a telemarketing firm that is attempting to offer loans. I do not have a relationship with this firm. I am not paying interest on any of my credit cards. I recorded one of the messages on my answering ma****e, which read: “Your card account; don’t be alarmed your accounts are still in good standing. However, this call is to inform you that you are qualified for a substantial interest rate reduction on your account. Now if your information is correct you may qualify for a 6.9 percent interest rate. Press 1 to speak directly from a card and service representative Press 2 to be removed from our call list. Press 1 now.” 800.847.2900 January 7th at 7:38 pm. When attempting to call this number back to complain, there was no answer.

Call came saying they can lower my interest rate on credit cards. No company given and when I pressed 1 to continue to see who it was to tell them to leave me alone, i didnt get anyone. Tried calling back but no answer. I am on the no call list too.

Called without identifying company name until I asked.  They said they were Card Member Services servicing over 551 bank's credit cards.  Asked for credit card balances, interest rates and account numbers including security code on the back of the card.  They told me they were contacted by Experian with my payment history and credit score.  They ***g up on me when I was not forthcoming with the information.

Indicated that they were going to lower the interest rate on my credit card. Never identified the name of the company. Stephanie could not tell me the credit card she was referring to. When I told her I don't have any credit cards she ***g up. Tried calling the number back and there was no answer. Beware of this scam.

They said so****ing like "There is currently nothing wrong with your credit card." I have no credit cards so I ***g up.
