I want to stop these harrassing phone calls.  They keep calling my work cell phone.  I do not have a Wells Fargo mortgage.

While the official due date is the first of the month, I was told that I could pay up to the 15th without it being "late" that is no late fees, etc. I originally wanted my payment date to be on the 5th since this is payday, and that is when I was told that as long as I made payments before the 15th I'd be OK. A year of me paying on the 5th goes by, no problem. Suddenly, s****ing 8 am on the 2nd, I s**** getting calls...several a day. They say that yes, technically I am late by not paying on the 1st, but I can stop the phone calls by setting up an automatic withdrawal and scedule it on the 5th. I hate automatic stuff since I always have problems. THey say I can request not to receive calls at all, so I do and for some reason they close my credit card account in retaliation! These guys are bad, only want you to invest in a new program and try to bully you into it! So, luckily I have caller ID and can just **** up on them.

I don't have a mortgage and they have called me and left messages at least 4 times.  i looked on the wells fargo website and it doesn't seem to be a number of theres... ive just been ignoring it buts its a bit worrying.

Keeps calling my cell phone and don't know why.

Calls keep coming and coming 6 per day sometimes. i tried to call them back and was asked for my SS # which i will not reveal. how can i get them to stop. Thank you.

Since December this company kept on dialing my number and asked for a certain Max. When I told them this number has been****igned to me in October of 2007, therefore, it is no longer belong to the person that they are looking for. It seemed like they are not taking no for answer and kept on calling me every day at 7:00 a.m through 9:00 p.m. Sometimes they used different phone numbers, for instant, this morning they called on this

In spite of being informed they can't contact us directly and must contact a lawyer Wells Fargo, which absorbed WF Home Mortgage, continues to call and harass us.If you are in a similar situation write down the harassers name the time and number they called from and pass it on to your lawyer. They are FDCA abusers and need to get in trouble over this.
