they call saying they are from orange county and from laguna hills. they leave a message with my moms name, my brother's name and my name. I never answer. and I never will. I wish there was a way to send anthrax through the phone!

I think a debt collector or a con artist. Asking for a person that has the same last name. Then wanted to know what property,bank accounts, mothers maden name etc that I had.

Who actually owns this company?  The person who I have dealt with was very pushy at the beginning...telling me I would lose my home and everything if I did not pay off a particular debt.  I offered to make payments, but they were too low for the person who called.  Due to medical reasons, I am behind in several areas, but will catch everything up eventually.  Last time Craig Taylor called me (and he s****ed out being rude), it meant another trip to the emergency room because of my heart...talk about stress!  And more bills.If our government wants to help so much, the bailout money should be given to the taxpayers so we can get out of debt and put these a******s out of business!

multiple times a day - I am on "do not call list". No one here by the name they are asking for, no do I owe anyone any outstan**** money. They actually left a name on my answering ma****e. So I put that name on my phone greeting message. It totally ****ed them off. The next time they called, he asked why I put his name on my answering ma****e, I said " Why do you keep calling when I have told you "there is NO ONE BY THAT NAME that lives here."I still keep getting the calls.................sigh..

they left a really nice message saying they were calling from orange county, but did not identify themselves as a collection agency. I won't call back  - if they found my work number then I'm sure they have my home address so they can contact me in writing. I'll see if I can find out who they are so I can send them a letter stating not to call me at work. Hope this helps someone..

oh man, i got the call today. 100% they are a collection agency. a very shady one, disrespectful, etc... no manners. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. They will use this a***nst you. They know nothing and are desperate to find out more info. DO NOT ENTERTAIN. DO THIS: when you get a call from them, say that the person they are looking for is your cousin and you are surprised that he/she has your phone number. Play dumb and say (because they will say it is very important) for them to call you back and you will do your best to get the latest contact informationm, and just give them some number... they will leave you alone after that.
