They called at 7:45 pm and I didn't recognize the number, so I rejected the call. I'm surprised to see it was actually Penn-Foster, because I was just at their website and requested information. I certainly didn't expect a phone call within a few minutes! But they're in my contact list now, so next time they call I'll see it's them.

It is Penn Foster - I called the number back. Basically if you have EVER called Penn Foster, they have your number & the calls are USUALLY around any new semester year, they just want more sudents, like anyother business out there. Oh well, I don't think its annoying, but I did ask them not to call for sales anymore. Collection companies or major Solicitors will not remove you even when they say they will, but schools/colleges will. Good luck, and BTW, the "Do Not Call Registry" worked for me for 4 years, this year I have to renew my numbers with them.
Wow, I know I put in a request for information on online colleges, but is there really a need to call 3-4 times a day and leave no message!!! That is ridiculous!!! They need to retrain their people on customer service!!! Stop calling so many times!! Leave a message at least!!!
I had called the number back because I just got tired of seeing this number pop up and using up my minutes and spoke to a "Frank", who was very nice, and asked to be removed from their list. It turns out that someone else used my number to gather info from this school.

I have answered this call several times with only breathing in the background. They call four and five times a day. I have researched the number through other sites and it looks like a telemarketer for Penn-Foster Career Center. On the times I have not answered they wait until they get my message center wait a few seconds and then **** up, a***n with breathing in the message.
They have called my phone for the past 6 days and when I answer I hear someone breathing on the other end and then they **** up.
At least once a day , no name, no ID, no message
never leaves a message, but 2 to 4 calls a day
Call everyday, several times a day but the only messages left are someone breathing in the phone.
