TracFone must have just needed my $10 for new phone and $20 for minutes more than they needed me as a customer. Unable to activate phone transferring number and minutes. Terrible, Terrible. They score as low as possible on this survey.
CORRECTION ~> This call is NOT spam. It is a survey about Customer Service from Tracfone, a survey I'd agreed to take after contact with them by phone. Incidentally, as a long time user of TracFone (more than 10-yrs), their service has been excellent & a very good value for how the mobile phone is used.
