These people have been calling my home phone for a year and a half. Ever since I got this phone number. I have talked to them on more than 5 occasions telling them w***ver they are looking for ( a Francine Chischilly) does not live there, nor do I know them. They say they will remove my number from their list, and then a week or tweo later they s**** calling a***n. Ever since I got this phone number. Nelson White &****ociates, also goes by Collection Center Inc.

I am on a DNC list for my cell number. I requested they do not call under the Fair Credit Act and they still call.

These people will not stop calling even when you tell them you are not the person they need to reach!

Very rude people. The 1st time they called me the guy said he was a lawyer and I had to pay him right then or i would be taken to court. He would not give me the info on the account. I told him I would not pay until i looked into it. By then i was scared,never been taken to court before. Called the next day and he was not there..so i asked for another lawyer...operator said "lawyers? no lawyers here"I learned my lesson.

Keep calling about someone I dont even know. Extremely rude. Don't listen at all to what you say.

They are trying to collect on a debt that is not mine. They received the information from Pacific Palisades corp. This is unbelievable!

They keep calling at all times, while I am at working I leave my cell on becasue my mother has is a rehabilitation ins***ution and I need to keep the line one in case they call me from there.They do not leave a message.I would like for these calls to stop, it scares me everytime the cell phone rings thinking it is from where my mother is , and it is an emergency.

These people claim to be a pre-litigation service.  I have no outstanding bills...perfect credit and when I asked what they handle the person said "Thank you good bye".

I urge everyone who is receiving calls from this number to call or write your state attorney general. As most of you have said, the number belongs to Nelson, Watson &****ociates, a collections agency out of Haverhill, MA. They have just recently s****ed harrasing me also for a credit card debt that was paid off some time ago. I am contacting the Wisconsin Attorney General this week to file my complaint, and a***n, I urge everyone else to do so. I understand the concept of debt collections, but to harrass as many as they do who don't even owe money or aren't even the right people is just wrong.

Calls constantly. Only 1 very rude message so far. All hours and all days. Very annoying and they call my cell phone.

This is invasive.  These people are calling my daughter's mobile phone and it scares her, as I've instructed her to not answer calls from unknown and/or private numbers.  However, the last four digits looks similar to a family members number so she picked up the line.  How can we get this to stop?

Called me at lunch regarding previous debt. Told to send me information in mail due to lack of evidence regarding conversations on voice. "We arent going to mail you anything or do carrier pigieons or anything like that"Very rude. And if they dont own the debt I will be happy to sue if they cb.

They called a second time this morning and woke me up; ***g up without leaving a message. I called back to complain and an incredibly obnoxious man talked over me insisting that had had evidence they'd never called before and "lots of people are looking for this guy" (someone other than me) before saying I was off their list and then ****ing up on me mid-sentence!Never called before? I tried the website listed about and my company filter blocked it as a problem website. No idea why they're calling my work number.

I have received this call atleast 3 times a day and it is always the same person every time. She is asking for the wrong names and keep asking the business name. They are very rude and can't seem to understand they have the wrong number. I BELIEVE THIS NUMBER IS A HOAX AND WOULD NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION....THIS MUST BE A SCAM!!!

2nd time they have called Nelson Watson &****ociates- I called them before, told them no such person at the number. I called Atty General today & was told they are getting a lot of complaints about this company- Company does cold calling.  Was told by Atty General office not to answer phone when they call and do not give out ANY information.  Atty General office will be contacting them regarding harassment a***nst citizens.

Have received repeated calls and messages on my answering ma****e for another person, name not even close.  Messages state "urgent" to return calls.  Also receiving multiple calls from other "scammers" from other numbers.  Must be the season for it?  Getting very tired of it.

Nelson White &****ociates.  Looks like this company does blind calling.  They will call anyone with the same last name of the person they are looking for.  Doesn't matter if the first name isn;t even close.  AKA phone number 800-868-***7

Called me, the person asked repeatedly (3x at least) if it was me, confirming with my birth date, then ***g up.  I thought it might be a collection agency, but that seems like an odd tactic.  ****ing up without even discussing the debt is no way to collect money.

called today and left a message on my cell, most of it a ma****e voice. Looked up the number, and it's tied to Arrow Financial, which is owned by Sallie Mae...but also came up under NCO financial. No idea why they are calling...
