I get calls from them too. And when I answer they say nothing. I have only a lil bit of minutes on my phone so I never called them back. how do I stop them from calling me?

if it's over 3 years(I think) they can't collecct on it through collections. Read the Fair Credit Act. I found it online. Used it a***nst a company in court recently!

These people have called me every day for the last three months.  I have answered at first but they would **** up.  They call from 5 AM to 7:30 AM every day weekends included.  I am now putting a complaint together using the Federal Protection Agency and I believe you should all do the same.  Only with the voice of the people can we make any headway a***nst corporate slimes like this.

Pinnacle Financial Group of Minneapolis, MN is a debt collect for who ever they can find. A very unprofessional company. Do a quick Google search for the company and you will find numerious violations. When they call (and if you get a real person on the other end) ask them for there name,  address, phone, etc. and that you need it for your lawyer. I bet you never even have to get that far before they **** up on you. These people are scamers and the state of Minneapolis should have closed them down long ago. Get a lawyer and sue, sue, sue!

Pinnacle Fin. Group is correct, but they do more than medical collections. They are trying to collect an old sears account of mine that I paid off in 2007. Paid in full, not a settled account, now I have to go back and find the contract letter I made the previous co. send me to prove it is paid. This account is over 13 years old. This is what you get when you s**** doing the right thing and pay off your old debts. I take responsibility and if you do, keep good records. And YES they are very unproffessional.

Same thing.  But at 8:08AM.  [i]Just[/i] after when they are allowed to call.  I love getting woken up for NO reason.

This number calls ALL day.. constantly! There's never anyone there!!! So frustrating.

received call, no answer.  called back and receptionist answered so****ing "financial group".  never heard of them and don't know how they got my number
