Leave a CommentNo, they are calling to harass...I don't have, never had, and never will have anything from Capital One, so they are not just calling to update customer file.
800-867-0904 is Capital One Credit Services. They are updating customer file as required by new federal laws.
This number is Cap-1 Small Buisness #. I just got called and gave them no info. But calling back to make sure everything is ok or if this is a scam.
