Scammer!
US Bank why do you call and just **** up when I answer ? Do not waste my time and your time.
USBank calls I answer ***ody is there. If they are not going to talk then stop calling. Also they call late. Do not call me or anyone else after 8:00. You rude basters
US Bank would have better results if they were more honest about who is calling. I do not answer any numbers I do not know. Also when I talk to them they are rude I will never have another account with them when I close out my accounts
US Bank Debt Collection. Very polite, left a message from an odd area code for me...503.401.****. I like you won't pick up unknown area codes, but US Bank left a message with the call back number. No problems, cleared it up. US Banks lease website is very poorly written SW and an error entering an account number on my behalf, with lack of a payment confirmation email and ability to review a pending payment led to a missed payment.
I received 3 calls to my cell phone from this number within about 20 minutes. There was no message left. I thought it might have been from US Bank.
They call a few times each week. Caller ID just shows it as a Toll Free Call.. Never leave a message
Yes****ay received a call from 800-872-2625. They left a voice message, but didn't state any reason for call. I have several accounts with US Bank, but you would think they would state a reason. The woman's voice was not very confident (misleading almost). The 800# is odd too when their local ***nches are less than a couple miles from home.
This IS US Bank. They called to inform my husband that he woed the $13 on an account that they were supposed to be automatically debiting from his checking. The woman was rude and had a threatening at***ude, even though this was US Banks mistake, not his. Personally, I dumped them years ago for this very reason and went to a credit union where I know the employees by name.
Calls every day and I have never had a account or loan from US Bank. I quit answering when it shows up on the caller ID because no one is ever there.
6:30pm Sunday two rings,answered, **** up
As a current employee of US Bank collections i can confirm this is my dept phone number. If usbank is calling you then there is obviously a problem with your account, either pick it up or call back to get the problem fixed. There are no telemarketing or soliciting calls going out at this #. US Bank is not required to show caller ID so since it does cost the bank extra money they chose not to, wouldn't you? And Please, the "grace period" is not an extension of your due date. If not paid by the DUE DATE the pmt is considered late with the bank and therefore you will be called.
As a current usbank employee, I can say that this # is not telemarketing at all, it is in fact from the collections dept where I am employed. As reading through previous notes, I thought I'd clarify. The only way to have your phone # removed from the "list" is to send a cease and desist letter signed by the customer, unless of course you do not know the customer. If usbank is calling from this # then there is a reason for it.
This is a good number for US Banks Here are other numbers:
Calls me every day several times a day. Mother-in-law has the same complaint with this number. STOP CALLING US!
had same problem saying usbank but all my money is there and they say localy no problems
They called my cell phone twice yes****ay, including 8:19 PM. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't pick up. They did not leave a message, which lead me to google the number. I have a car loan with US Bank, but I never listed my cell phone as a number. If it was important you think they'd leave a message. Next time I'm picking up and asking them to remove my number as required by Federal law.
If you call, claims to be US Bank. Calls my mobile phone several times a day for the last few weeks. I have no account with US Bank. Called US Bank and the customer service department doesn't have this number in their 800 listing.
claims to be with US bank; however we checked with our local ***nch and they state there is no issues with our account and their company would have no reason to call. Called twice requesting phone payment of loan claiming it was late, which was untrue; very su****ious. Said it was corporate office in Oregon when usbank's website says corp office is in MN. Us banks website does not list this number as a contact number, and they list alot of numbers.
I get at least one call a day from this number. It appears that it belongs to US Bank. I have no business with these people and view this as telemarketing at it's worst.
Calls everyday. Asks to speak to my husband. Won't tell me why they are calling and **** up.
I received the call on a Sunday at 8:30pm (???? why so late and on the weekend) i answered it, they said they were looking for my husband, yet they called my personal cell phone number. I said well i'm on the account with US bank and they said that i'm not listed to speak on his behalf and they will have to talk to him. So i said well why did they call my number? this is not his phone. they said that its whats listed... But I know that the only personal account is a car loan. and that i'm not on the loan so why would my number be on that account?? Weird.
