I keep getting a phone call from this number.  I am disabled and sometimes have a hard time to get to the phone.  When I answer it there is no one there.  If it's a collection agency there should be no reason to be calling me.  I have excellent credit and pay everything on time.

They call and don't leave any message, but my phone records all calls. They call at least twice a day. When I finally talked to someone they said they would remove my number and not call a***n. I am still getting calls. The problem: I'm not the person they are trying to reach; that person had my phone number before me, but I've had the number for 5.5 years. Clearly, the person they want is still giving the number as his own, but Solomon doesn't need to call me anymore. I can't help them, and wouldn't if I could.

I keep getting calls from this number with Solomon as the caller when we answer there is no one on the phone,and they gall about twice a day every day.

They keep calling me asking for some person that I never heard of. I keep telling them that they called the wrong number but they keep calling back!! They call as early as 8AM when I am still sleeping. Right now I've just labeled them as "spam" and ignore their calls when I see it.

Today's date is 1/14/09 10:00AM in western time. I got this # called to my cell phone and he ask someone else. I told you he got a wrong # but he called once more after this phone call.

Well, if they are a collection agency or a law firm as you say then they just called asking for my 6 yr old daughter by name. These people are idiots!

are a collection agency and law firm, your statement of "masking" as a law firm is incorrect. As well, they do not call cell phones as a practice, if the cell phone was called, most likely it was given to a creditor as a****ential contact number, and not verified as a cell phone number until they are told it is. However, giving your cell phone to a creditor gives the creditor consent to contact you, in this case, to collect a debt, and gives a third party collector consent under "express prior consent"

They have called me three times this week. I called back once and didn't get anyone, I answered once and got ***g up on. If it's a debt collection agency, they can call me back in 5 years when my student loans kick in.

***! I have had these people call me, but their not that bad. I missed a final bill when I moved, so I got a call. I called them back, paid the bill with the friendly reps, found out that their firm errs on the side of caution and don't leave messages on voicemail for people. They were plenty polite to me because I acknowledged my debt & took the necessary steps to make it right. Stop your complaining, just pay them.

They have called me 11 times this month asking for my ex son in law. I have told them over and over a***n that he does not live here nor do I know where he is or how to reach him. They keep calling. Isn't this harashment? How can I make them stop calling me?

They have called every day for weeks. It is just a ma****e and it just asks you to call them back to discuss your debt. I don't have any debt! This is obviously a mistake, but they don't allow me to talk to anyone to get them to stop calling.

got my first phone call from them tonight, from what i see from the other messages it wont be the last. i have no outstanding debt with any company or schooling so i dont see why they should be calling me.

I have Idenity Theft Shield and when I got my credit activity report there was a $304 collection services charge off, on Experian. I have no debt of this amount and have never got a call or ant foam of mail from Solomon & Solomon, so I do not know what this is all about. Rest asured I will be on the phone to my ID Theft services & Lawyer tomorrow to get to the bottom of this. My advice to everyone is to check your credit reports!

I went on the company's web site and under the "contact us" feature, I sent them the following message [editted]: To Whom It May Concern: Your organization has been calling my cell phone [(**x) *******x] on a fairly regular basis but no message of any kind has been left. I have conducted some research on your phone number [(800) 873-1993] only to discover some less than flattering things about your organization and tactics. As I have only two outstanding loans [both of which are current] and no other bills that carry past due amounts, there is absolutely no reason that a collection law firm would need to contact me at my physical address or home phone, let alone my cell phone. Your firm would be will advised to quite contacting (**x) *******x immediately. The most recent call was received today [****xday, ****x **th @ x:** p.m. EDT] and a***n no voice mail message was left. Called me daily for about 3 months. I finally got tired of it. Don't call it back, this does not help as they do not answer. I called a number from a suggestion below (800-259-6723). After 3 calls and being rerouted to recordings I finally spoke with someone who promised to remove me from the list. Hopefully this worked, time will tell.

I have been receiving weekly calls from this number on my cell-phone. I contacted the company and provided the number and they advised they were looking for a Shantel. I advised they have the wrong number. They are supposed to be removing the number we will see what happens.

They call - Unknown - I don't answer they don't leave a message. Dunno who they are and refuse to answer.

constant calling my house looking for my son. He made arrangements with them to send him a statement every month to eliminate the small debt but the insist to call and let phone ring 3 times and **** up. This is my phone number and not his and I wish they would stop the annoying calls. These calls come all times of the day and night.

Just got a call from this number and it's just a bil collector. They wanted my sister in-law.. Told them to remove my number from the system, Guess we'll have to see if they call back.
