Called and spoke to a man who was rude and ***g up on me. I called back and told him they are liable for up to 11K per violation and he ***g up a***n. He will rue the day.

1-800-880-3281 Medical Insurance scam faxes. They call themselves "The Enrollment Center" and will not provide contact information for who they are. They claim ABC Marketing in India sends the faxes, so they have no control. WRONG...if they are the customer of ABC Marketing they get to pay the penalty for every fax sent.$$$
