Add another ISSO $9.55 charge to the list. Reported the fraud and closed the card (not an inbound call but a reference to the 800 number the fraudsters use)

Same unknown ISSO 9.50 charge on our company credit card last month; stmt lists this unactivated phone number. Called cc co. and disputed charge. Rec'd latest card stmt today with no add'l charge from ISSO. Hopefully one time only occurrence.

I have the same situation, I checked my statement and saw that a company called ISSO charged me $9.50 on 09/20 at my visa. No one called me but that phone number is on the statement description. I called the bank and explained the charge and the canceled my card!

This is not a call. It is a charge on my credit card for $9.50 from ISSO ****818482 FL. I called the 800 number and it says the number has not been activated and to call customer service and ****s up. I called my credit card bank and they said that ISSO was a Hobby shop and toy store. Will send forms for me to fill out and send back. This is a fraudulent charge being placed on credit cards. The amount is so small it is not being noticed.

I was not called, but my Edward Jones (FIA Card Services) card was charged $9.50 with the merchant ID of "ISSO ****818482 FL". I disputed it and was credited, but since the total amount of the charge was less than $15.00, they are going to do nothing unless another charge is received. No wonder our credit system is going under. I will be closing this card.

I didn't receive a call. I had a charge of $9.45 on my MC. The description was ISSO ****818482 FL. I called the number and got a recording saying the number had not yet been activated. No clue who this is or how my MC number was obtained.

I also received a $9.45 charge on my bank account. I had to cancel my debit card as well, which makes me so angry!! Why can't people just work for their money like the rest of us are doing. Geez!

Found a charge on my bank statement for $9.55 for ISSO with this 800 #. I did not make the charge--I was in the hospital at the time! If this happens to you too, file Regulation E with your bank and cancel your card immediately!

Found a charge of $9.50 from my check card 9/14/08.No information other than "I******0-881-8482 FL"My bank couldn't even find out any information from the source of this charge.

I just got the charge of 9.50 this morning. Same thing ISSO Fl. After resear****g on internet seems to be a old scam with a new number.I also cancelled my debit card.

I too just got a charge on my statement from this ISSO Miami Fl - I disputed the charge immediately and cancelled my card.

This showed up on my bank statement as a charge for $9.45 listed to I******0-881-8482 FL. I reported it as fraudulent.

This number was used by a credit database thief. I found it on my credit card statement with a charge of $9.45 to ISSO FL. I reported it to the FBI. When I searched ISSO FL it came up with another number with pages of complaints.
