They left a message, for me, with a neighbor stating they were an attorney referral service.  I already have an attorney!!

I bet his name was David ***!!!  He did the same to my neighbor.  Almost verbatim.

I got a call from them also on my cell phone, I told the man he had the wrong number, and he said " Is that the best you can come up with you lier. I will get you."       What the***** kind of place is this??????   Does anyone know who to call to report this kind of harassment?

I have gotten several calls from this number 1800-886-8088  from a women named Jackie. She says she has beening trying to get a hold of me to settle this matter. That I need to call her BY TODAY!! That I call or will have to get an attonery. They are also giving stating they want $3000 from me, I feel threatened by these calls and don't know how to stop them from calling me.

I got a call from this number with a message saying that this Donna Diamond lady "had my letter and needed to know if she had to fax it or email it" I just called and left a message saying that I haven't got a clue what it's about, see if she calls me back but these people need to be regulated for their aggressive and deceitful tactics

Individual identifying himself as "Matt Chase" of Chase Bank (a dead giveaway for this scam) insisted on obtaining contact # for my son, who doesn't live here.  I refused.  He called back a second time saying a legal action was about to be taken.  I told him firmly and sternly not to call my telephone number a***n.  He totally misrepresented his employer - - not to be trusted!

A woman called me from this number and has been harrassing me with ****** and rude tones on the phone. I have no idea what she wants from me. I've been getting stressed out from these calls to the point where I had to take a couple of days off of work. Whomever it is should be fired because this is just rediculous. Like I don't already have enough stress to deal with, she just has to give me repe***ive phone calls.

I too just got a csll from these people.  They left a message.  Knew both of our names.  Demanded an immediate call back to the same extension.  This was a woman's voice. We have no outstanding debts.  Remember that in most states the collector, if legitimate, must provide proof of the debt in writing with the name of the company owed the money.  This should also be supported with a paper trail vis US mail regular and/or certified.There does seem to be an increase in these types of calls! Most are not legitimate. It will not stop the calls, but just so you don't answer one by mistake and get ****ed in or charged for so****ing, I always add these types of call to my contacts under the heading****holes and set the ring tone to "no ring"!  As I said, it won't stop them, but you won't be bothered or embarassed and you won't hear them call.This economy certainly brings out the worst in some people...bottom feeders! Legitimate companies will pursue unpaid debt by legal channels.

They can sound threatening, but consulted an attorney on the same sort of situation and it is a***nst the law for them to harass by telephone or mail and they can be sued.  Get an address, not just names of people, but an actual address, don't tell them anything, just take the address, go straight to a lawyer and present your case.  Most times they will take it just to get what they can out of them.  There are some who will take the case and if they lose you owe nothing.  It's worth the effort not to be constantly harassed by goons who think they are safe by using the phone to be mean and ****.

I just checked the voicemail from our company and had a Steve Rogers who left a voicemail for my supervisor. He also was very loud and left me his number with ext. 2266 and a file number. Like for most of the above he did not leave a reason or anything else. I googled the phone number right away and found more than enough websites telling me that this is a scam. So I will trash his call and would recommend everybody to do the same.

Received a message on my cell telephone call from a Douglas Baker (who spoke in a thick southern and western accent - obviously a white male (and so am I) and to contact him about a complaint filed a***nst me.  Gave the file number #7072676.Called the number and he said there was some aluminum company (CIT) who c****ed its name wanted $119,000.00 immediately for a lease on a copy ma****e I signed.  I knew nothing about and never heard of the company and said I never signed any lease.  Also, I told him I knoew nothing about what he was talking about.  I asked for further details and he told me to stop lying and to pay my bills.  When I said I was not in a business for myself and that he was given the wrong person he responded by saying - "why did I contact him" and that he was trying to help me; and to pay my bills.  When I told him a***n nothing was owed because I knew nothing about what he was talking about he s****ed yelling repeatedly "Idiot, Idiot, Idiot...".    His temperament c****ed very suddently; almost like he has a personality disorder.  I a***n told him he had the wrong number; to stop acting like a *****; and he responded I should pay my bills and then he ***g up.  Very weird.  I am no socialist; but American capitallism at work here.  No  wonder this country has the problems it does.

***ndon called my business number, leaving a voice mail for an individual i do not know but has same last name as mine.  ***ndon said I had 24 hours to call him back, left his number, ext and file code to reference.  I called the 800-866-8088 ext 2264, no one was in.  The next morning, ***ndon was calling me.  I cussed him out and asked him to never call my office a***n.  Bunch of  rip-off scammers, using out dated computer searches trying to link someone to pass due accounts, etc...  Dynamic Recovery - more like Bozo Recovery.  I wouldnt ask them to recover my lost skunk.

Called the number, told them to stop calling me, that I was on the do not call list.  Lady told me that they don't have to follow the do not call rules.  They were looking for someone else and told me that they would have to verify my number with the phone company before they would stop calling me.Very annoying.

They called me about a legitimate bill, but I didn't have a copy of it.  When I told him I needed a copy, he said they had already sent that and would not be able to send me another copy.  When I told him I couldn't pay without a copy of the invoice, he ***g up on me!

Guy keeps calling asking for someone I've never heard of.  Must have wrong area code or so****ing.

a woman for Dynamic collections agency has called everyday and threatens myself and my buisness. She is very hostile, rude and VERY unproffesional!!

I Received a threatening call today from a David C**ks at this number saying that I owed money to a doctor for rented ****e. Could they not think on anything better. I did research on the number and got this website. I asked them to send me this in writting. Of course they oculd not tell me my address. I saw a do***entary of this type of thing and told them I knew exactly what they were doing. Hope they dont call back.

Call today from blake martin, 800 886 8088 ext 2228 and a "file number", said my son was being sued and that he needed to know about it. My son checked the telephone number and got this page.TELEPHONY.

Received a call on my cell from a Blake Martin who left me an extremely loud message (I actually had to hold the phone far from my ear!). He says he needs to speak with my ***her's estate attorney about a debt that my ***her DID have, but we worked everything out with the company themselves many months ago. He says to call him back at 800-886-8088 ext. 2228 and then he gives a 7 digit reference number. VERY SKETCHY!!!! Let's just say I will never call him back, but I will file a nice complaint with the Federal Trade Commission about Mr. Martin who is trying to pass himself as an attorney!!! My ***her was an attorney, trust me, I think I would know an attorney when I hear one!!

imperitive to call back, left an extention #. says that if they cant get ahold of me, will want to speak to an attorney. they have been calling me numurous times, for the past few months. getting tiered of the herassing phone calls.

someone for the past three years has been calling my 88 year old grandmother.  She has Dementia, she can hardly remember what they want, and can't expalin to me very well what they are calling for.  But to make a long story short, I asked her to on numerous occasions to write down a number so I can call them back and found out why they want $3,000.00 from her.  She finally did, and emmidiatly called me after she talked to them.  I called the number, hoping to make ends with these people, and they were rude, and told me they couldn't give me any information.  Now they are calling harrassing me.  They are calling me 9:00 o'clock in the morning!  Asking for my her, I told them, not just once, that she doesn't live here.

Keith Davis called and said he needs to speak to either us or our attorney. Keith Davis can take a flying leap and better be careful what he says on recorded messages. We don't take kindly to threats and in NYS it's a***nst the law to leave threatening messages.

got a call from this lady very rude dont have a clue what she wanted

Over past 6 weeks, calls has come from two different people at this firm. (A vERY LOUD TALKING MAN) Only message they leave is this call back #, a name, extension  and a 7 digit case #. I****ume they are Zombie debt collectors (see msn.com article for the topic so you can protect your rights). Anyway, they ask for my wife by name.  She would have no unpaid debt within a statutory period in my state so I don't think anything they have is valid. oRIGINALLY, I had tried to call them BACK since they don't leave a message. they left me a message stating that if I was not my wife' autorized rep, they couldn't discuss their business with me. I wish I hadn't called since the new message asked for me. (I know I don't owe a soul and have exceptional credit scores)

I received a message from this number saying that he was concerned about my well being...that he hasn't been able to get ahold of me and he was going to send someone over to check and make sure that we are alright??  Never heard that one before.
