These people have been calling me and asking for my brother. he has never had my phone number. I have excellent credit and so does he and we neither one owe any money to collections. i looked it up on ripoffreport.com and it is a scam. They try to collect debts you do not owe and pocket the $. Do not give these people your money especially if you need it to pay real debts you owe! Call the BBB and the state attorney in your state so that they get sut down. By the way when I called them back they made up some **** about a server down and said they can't tell me what their company does so don't try calling them to get them to stop. What out and tell your family and friends!

I got a call from Carter Phillips at 1.800.888.***9 x7435.  My finances were in such a bad way, when I s****ed receiving unemployment, I began returning phone calls for the debt I owed to get some of the vendors paid off and off my back - understanding and not having a problem with paying whatever I owe.I ended up paying 2 equal payments of $255.26 each 4/15/09 and 5/22/09 and was to get an email confirming zero balance on my account and what it was originally for and never received it.  It might be legitimate, but how do I find out?Please advise.  Carter was very nice, by the way.

Ms. Wms. from ACS have called my place of residence a number of times and ***g up.  Each time that I respond to the caller, my voice is being recorded.  ACS has sold my information to other companies.

I pay my bills on time.  However, each month I get a call from Atlantic Credit Financial Services from this number.  Each month for the last two or more years, I have paid $70 a month on a balance that is now less than $1200.I was born and raised in the U.S.A.  But Ms. K. Wms. still calls my place of resident each and every day to harass me and my family.  Ms. Wms. calls everyday, two to three times a day.  She calls early morning, afternoons around 12 pm and late evening.

These people have been calling me also, and when I answer they **** up which is RUDE!!  They call several times during the night and my caller ID records the phone number. I want to complaine.I also have an unlisted phone number.

yes they have been calling me too with all the same stuff a couple of months ago and I actually spoke with someone it was for someone I don't know and have had my number for several years they quit calling for a couple of months and now they're back at it but this time there is no one and when I call them back they put me on hold. I'm going to complain to the State Attorney General and the BBB I hope this resloves it.

This number is attached to a company called Atlantic Credit and Finance.  Although I had to call it back to find that out.  They have called my residential number that has been an Unlisted number for 4 years now, numerous times, and when I answer, the system stays on the line, ***ody says anything, then it ****s up on me.  It's very annoying.  I am on the phone with the company as I type this.  I spoke with an operator, and told her that the number that she's listed at keeps calling my house, and then ****ing up on me, she said, "Oh, please hold" and put me on hold.  I have yet to speak to anyone else and feel as though I will be on hold permanently!  Extremely unprofessional, to say the least.

THIS IS A NURSING HOME WHERE NATALIE IS CALLING FROM ATLANTIC CREDIT & FINANCE INC. ALL DAY TO SPEAK WITH AN EMPLOYEE. I HAVE ASKED HER NOT TO CALL HERE AT WORK AND TO CALL THE PERSON AT HOME. HER RESPONSE WAS THAT SHE HAS A RIGHT TO CALL THIS PERSON AT WORK ANY TIME. I WOULD LIKE FOR HER TO CALL THE PERSON AT HOME AS THIS IS A PLACE WHERE THERE IS MEDICAL ATTENTION NEEDED FOR OUR RESIDENTS AND CALLING HERE HINDERS THEIR CARE.

These people keep calling after being told that there is ***ody by the name they are looking for at this number for the past 3 years
