Leave a CommentMonitronics---I wrote a letter (AS DIRECTED) to cancel my services. They admit to receiving the letter but are now stating I was on a contract for an additional year. I advised them to pull the call and see where their agent failed to advise me I was still on a contract. They are calling me several times a day and from different numbers. I have advised them to stop calling me and the calls continue. Worse company to cancel services. They are harassing me. I have spoken to a supervisor, asked another supervisor to call (which they never did). All I asked was to pull the call.
