these people keep calling my cell and now my parents #. How did they get their # I never give my parents # to anyone. They don't want to tell me what company they are calling from and are very rude on the phone. How can I resolve this matter if, if there is matter if they don't give me information. I constantly ask what company you are calling from and they tell me I don't need to know, well I don't need to talk to you either and I ***g up.I will be reporting them too.
Received a call just after 9 AM Sa****ay morning. A recording said it was an important personal message and we ***g up before hearing another word. This outfit has called me numerous time in the past, always asking for my son who doesn't live with us. I've told them my wife's and my name and that's the only two people that live in this house. One time recently I called the number back and asked for the top person in the organization. They did put somebody on that talked good English and I explained the situation and asked that my number be removed from their system and the man****ured me he would take care of it. It's been a month or so and now the calls seem to be s****ing a***n.
keep getting calls and being asked for someone who does not exist, we have told them that noone by that name lives there, but they still call
This company calls my phone and ****s up when they hear the voice recorder. They leave no message. I thought there was a law in NY NO DEBT CALLS on Sunday.

ALWAYS CALLING MY PHONE 2X MORE A DAY.. PLS STOP CALLING MY PHONE.
We keep getting voice messages from 800-900-1367 at our place of business. This was the number given after a long menu with no chance to decline the call because the target person was unknown to us. These people call all times of the day and evening and give information that is strictly for the debtor to whomever answers the telephone. They are very rude, hard to understand and say the name of the company...Penn or Thin Credit very quickly.

We've received about 3-5 calls, asking for a non-existent person about a debt. One time we got a heavily accented man, and the conversation pretty much went like this:Me:*****o?Caller:*****o I'm looking for [non-existent person].Me: I'm sorry but ***ody by that name has ever ever lived here.Caller: Thank you.Me: Could you please take this number off the calling list?Caller: [dial tone]I think I'm going to call them now and try to record it somehow. I checked on the regulations for it in my state and it's all legal.
Got first call by this company today. It was an automated voice leaving a message on our ma****e though it thought it was talking directly to us. Said a first and last name but couldn't understand the first name THOUGH last name was correctly ours. Said the were trying to collect a past due debt - though we owe NO money. And then said this is "Barbara Johnson calling on a business matter". So strange. I was uncomfortable calling back as scared they might be charging (even an 800 # but followed by 900 weirded me out). I am on the "no call list" so these people shouldn't be calling. Thanks everyone for posting! Now what do we do about it?
They kept calling asking for a person I didn't know. The call was a recoding and they gave me choices if I was that person, but nothing for if they had the wrong number. So I took down the information they gave me and called them back. Just to let them know they were calling a wrong number for the person. I told the person that answered that the person wasn't at the number they were calling and they should give the caller an option if the party wasn't at the called number. With that the women ***g up on me, so I called back, got a different women and she also ***g up on me, called back a third time, and this time a man answered and I told him the problem. Also stated that I wanted them to stop calling my number. He told me that the women that answered my calls had already removed my number. I told him all they had to do was tell me that instead of ****ing up on Me.
Calls sporadically...recorded message says if you are the person, if the person is not home, but at no time does it allow you to say the person C****ED THEIR PHONE NUMBER!!!! I call and get a rapid busy signal....I get a lot of calls and can NEVER seem to get off this list. I haven't had this phone number very long and obviously, it is for the privious holder of this number...UGHwhy call on sundays and sa****ays and evenings? When I call back, always get either busy or Im sorry, our office hours are...blah, bl;ah, blah call back then.
Called claiming I owe $131 and no other information......Who I owe it to and why. Try and call back and its busy....when they call I select the option to speak to a rep and it is a***n busy.
stop call my mother f***ing phone you f***ing a**holes
This number belongs to Penn Corp. They are calling me every other day, saying I owe them money. The bill was paid months ago, and when I tell them that they say okay we see that. But the calls keep coming. I told them to quit calling, & was told to put a block on their number. I have since spoken to the Michigan Attorney General's office and am in the process of filing a complaint. Anyone getting calls from them that should not be getting them, should call their Attorney General's office. Maybe if enough of us complain, so****ing will be done about their horrible harrassment.
Received a call but they would not tell me who they were or who they were looking for but wanted me to give them inforamtion and then ***g up on me. If this is a debt collector then why not just say that there is no reason to beat around the bush. Honestly.
They have left misleading automated messages on my ma****e a few times thus far, claimimg to be in regards to an important personal matter. I have never had past due debts, nor do I know anyone with this situation. Just another obnoxious company hijacking the phone service I pay for with MY money (not to mention my free time), for their purposes.
I was promised that they would this time take my number off of their call list as I am not the person they want. I promised them that another call and I would go straight to the FTC. Penn credit is very, very aggravating.

They constantly call for a company I no longer work for - horrible customer service.
From Penn Credit Corp. They DID identify themselves to me, in the voicemail message they left for me. Debt collectors.
Call all the time and leave message. Collection agency. Had no accounts with that company at that time.
