Leave a CommentSounds a lot like NCO Financial which was trying to contact me about my elderly mother's account. Told the original debt holder (a doctor's office billing out of a hospital) that NCO was on a watch list and as her PoA agent I would not divulge any personal information to this company, I began receiving calls from this number. Same basic approach as NCO except that they don't identify themselves.

same message as previously reported by others - you need to report these people, especially if your personal phone number is listed under the "national do not call registry"
