This number keeps calling several times a day and never a message. They just don't give up.

Medco robo-call, annoyingly calling to verify info they have on file already and used just a few days ago.  They hold your drugs for ransom until you call back (at a different number) and say "Yeah, that's STILL my address, send my prescriptions already."  Legit, but ******.

It is MEDCO, they are calling about your prescription, answer the phone ****s! Also, the choices of "caller type" ****!

If this is Medco, that is fine.   They should say so on caller ID.   My husband and I get all our medicine from Medco.

Medco keeps calling my job number for someone who has not worked here in ten years.  I went to the web site and e-mailed the information to [email protected], but they continue to call.

Yes it is MEDCO.  My ***her-in-law is on meds and has to get them filled through MEDCO.  They call here and my wife is the one that takes care of all the prescriptions for him.  They are not selling anything, just verifying things.  The first time they called, it was just "Caller Unknown".  Now I have programmed in their name so there is no confusion anymore.

Maybe it rocks because they're high on their own product.  We get what is normally very good service from them, but they keep calling my wife to validate her address, even though we haven't moved in years.  They are a pain.

Caller was Medco Pharmacy to verify my address. They read info to me and I answered "Yes" or "No" to validate. I was annoyed when they called back 15 minutes later to tell me that the meds were now being shipped.

If you're a Medco customer, you may have to tell them what number to use to let you know your prescription status.

Call is from MEDCO and it's a nuisance call. Who ever heard of an insurance company calling to "help" an insured?

Yes-It's Medco prescription medicine service. I ordered 3 refill Rx's the other day and they called me today to let me know that the order had shipped.

I didn't answer yet, but reading the above, I would say its legit. My daughter lives with her mom out of state, I cover my kids on my health insurance and my prescription coverage is through Medco and I use the mail service.

Do any of you bother to read the complaints before writing one? The company calling you is MEDCO, your mail prescription service. They are calling if there is a problem with your rx or to let you know they are being sent out as requested. They DON'T leave messages for YOUR PRIVACY.

Two or three (I'd erased the log) calls in one day to cell-phone. I typically do NOT give out my cell-phone number as reception in my home is lousy; even for those few that have it, I advise to call my home number as backup. I do not answer calls from 800 numbers -- they left no messages.

I find it very rude for people to bother me by phone, and then not leave a message.

It is Medco by mail. They were calling me to let me know that my doctor had not responded to their faxed request for a prescription.

I've found the calls to be legitimate and important. They're not trying to be anonymous, nothing scammish going on here.

This is a legitimate number for Medco Pharmacy. I just got a call from this same number. They are doing a follow-up to a prescription order placed. No message left, but this is mainly because of HIPPA laws.If you use Medco or have access to them through your insurance company, for mail in scripts, then don't fret. Yes, they do have wrong numbers on occasion due to erroneous entries by user/company, but these are rare.

apparently it's medco, strange that there's never a voicemail but they called me twice today..i did just leave for college so it's possible that they needed to confirm my address or so****ing..

I and my mother in law get crucial medications from medco. This IS a legitimate call and they are NOT trying to sell you anything.I returned the call and found out that they were contacting me to inform that an important medication was going to be shipped overnight.If you do not use medco to get your mail order prescription drugs, check your insurance card and see if medco is a part of your plan. They might be calling you to see if you want to use their services instead of your local pharmacy.

Pick up and wait for someone to cone on -- yes -- it's MEDCO, and they will keep calling you because they are trying to resolve a medicine delivery issue, and they take those very seriously because often people are out or close to being out of important meds. It might just be a bottle of sniffle pills, but it could also be so****ing that pretty important -- so they AREN'T selling as much as trying to use the info the have to get people the meds they need. You can also tell them (if it ain't you) TO CONTACT THE REAL PATIENT AND GET THE CORRECT PHONE NUMBER. You DO NOT have to give them any info of your own. On the other hand, if you happen to find out it's a script for so****ing fun... well, improvising could prove beneficial (be sure to also work up that alibi for the judge).This website rocks. They called here via automated system.  Program said they were Medco and said they were calling about a presciption order for someone that does not live here.   Might be true, but that is where I ***g up.

Medco, online pharmacy; they've called at least 3x and left 2 vm's. I did owe them some $$ and have paid over half of it. Apparently they don't know this.
