P.S.  I also made a complaint to the Florida Bar through the webpage.  Just click on Florida Bar****ociation, look for "Staff" and e-mail one of the individuals in ethics or professionalim.  Now, don't ansewer any 800, 888, 866 or restricted numbers anymore.

I have been getting calls from these people for 2 months.  They also call family members.  They threaten legal action (in my county) and give a file number that is NOT located in my county.  They tell me now they will be****essing "legal fees" to my file.  I have a citibank card that is in dispute over a late charge that they have elevated to over $800 and I am certain this is their attempt to collect money I don't owe, as my payment was sent in 3 weeks before it's due date.  Don't call them back.  You can block thier number from your cell phone.  Because of them, I now answer no calls with 800, 800 or "restricted."

I used to work for the Ranieri Law Office & on Nov. 10 they let all of the employees go.  We were under the****umption that the office was closing down.  Prior to that we we told we had a new client and that all of the money we had collected in the past months was gone and so was that client.  The new "client" couldn't produce any information for the debts we were supposed to be collecting on however.  That made our jobs a little more difficult to say the least.  So if you received a call from the law office & were told they couldn't give you any more info on the debt, it was honestly because they didn't give it to us & there is VERY LITTLE they will do to you!!!

Called them back and was told not to worry about the debt by Allen *****nte.  He was very nice and took the time to explain what was happening.  Told him it wasn't showing up on my husband's credit report and he stated he had been told it was.  He also stated that in the state of SC, the statute of limitations for collecting a debt runs out 3 years from the date the last payment was rec'd.  Apparently, this law office just randomly accepts "jobs" from creditors and fish for someone to pay up w/o trying to verify if they actually owe the debt or not.  DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE SENDING THEM MONEY!!!!

Called my husband threatening a civil suit allegedly over a debt he had 8 years ago.  Couldn't tell me who the original creditor was.  Pulled hubby's credit report and couldn't find anything negative remotely similar to what they were saying.  Don't want to have any outstanding debts, but fear this is some random act to collect money with fear tactics.

I actually got the same call from the "Christopher Reneary" Law firm except that the number on my ID was 866-554-1014.When I called back I got that recording of it being the Law Office of Christopher Reneary and did a Yahoo search and found this site...interesting.

They call me all the time about an old Gym Membership, and say I need to pay or my****ets will be targeted.  They also like to say they have only lost 1 case out of thousands.....They are funny as*****.  Sure takes a strange breed to work for them.  If they keep it up they'll hear from my Lawyer just as easily.  In the meantime I will just laugh until they can produce do***entation.HAHA!

These people have called my parents, ex hub, high school friends for 20 years ago telling them that if i dont call there will be a civil judgement in my county then when i call they say i owe a credit cared from 1999. COME ON!!!!

I get calls form several x's a day and when call back to advised wrong # they drill me and sya that i am lying( the nerve of these people! I ask for a manager and a tonylynn gets one phone and drills me a***n i advised her i dont know the person they are looking for and i have had my ph # for years she sys well our investegation shows you are connected to the person I advised that i dont know who you are looing for. Then she says well see you in court!! and slams the phone down. These people are to MUCH!!!!

I have asked several x's for my # not to be called and have advised them that I dont know the perso they are calling. The get rude and curse you out when I called back I asked to speak to the manager Shelia but they say that she is not in(everytime) I asked to speak with the attorney Mr Ranieri but they say he is not going to talk to you and stop calling here harrassing us. This company is worthless and so****ing needs to be done!!!!!

She was threatening, ststed she is gong to file a civil suit and would not even toll me who I supposably owed. She just asked me how I was going to pay for this debt. Told her I do not pay for anything to anyone over the phone without sending me proof. That I expect her to send me do***entation and until then to stop calling me. This number, (800)909-3704, called my "X" husband, asking for me. Then informed him that I will be arrested if I dont call this number back.  The relationship with my "X" husband is hateful,toxic, and destructive to the well being of my children myself. I have choosen to never verbally comunicate with person as long as I breath. I had (quadruplets), 3 boys and 1 girl, with this person. After the divorce he began using them to lash out at me. He would tell them, For example, "Its ok to steal at your with your mothers, but not here". Made up storys and lies about me that would bring them to tears. (for reasons only known to him). This is only to name a few. My kids and I survived all this. They are now 20 yrs. and good members of society as well. It was not easy.Now this call! to him!! I have even been remarried! For the past 12 years!! There is no justifaction for this action. They out of line! If there is anything that can be done please let me know. I am going to see what can be done.Thank-you

I have no idea of a name or a company, because this number calls my PARENTS home looking for me! I'm 36 and haven't lived with my parents for quite some time. They tried holding or calling back to reach someone, but never can. I can't believe there's nothing anyone can do about this.

I have gotten this call several times recently and its always automated.. I cannot trace the supposed "law office" it is stating on the message.

This person keeps calling for someone who used to have my new number. I infomed them that they had the wrong number, but they keep calling anyway.

Called from two different numbers at my job and asking for a person I have never heard of. When I call back the number to ask them to quit calling they get ****ed off and **** up on me with no explantion. Very unprofessional. two calls lookin for Kristin Parker....says civil suit and needs her input.  Both times left messages. there is no kristin parker here.

Has automated message call my work.  When returning the call, recorded message states extension not available and mail box cannot take messages because it is full.  Still have no clue who this person is because they have automated message calling me and I cannot reach them when calling back.
