A guy said he is with CBI a collection agency for IRS.. lmbo.. I told him he is a liar because I don't owe IRS and they don't need help collecting..smh.. he still had the nerve to ask me if I would like to complete the call. 5/28/2021

Somebody have called me asked my last name. I called back to them asked why and know my information. they did not answer and ****ed up.

I get at least 1 call a day from this number. No messages, no one on the line. My number is on the do not call list.

Called at 8:17 am. just some J*** music then it ***g up. I thought it was a wake up call.

I get calls from this number on a repeated basis -- at least 2-3 times a week. Like others have posted, when you pick up the phone, no message is given nor does anybody come on the line.

Calls daily different times of day, ***ody speaks, just ****s up. What good is the DO NOT CALL solution if it cannot be enforced. How can these people get away with this? This number belongs to nelson and watson. They were told they have the wrong number I have only had it for two (2) weeks and did not know the person they were trying to contact, was told they would remove number...guess what...they never did and still keep calling

8009104572 - this number calls my home all the time. One time it was between 8-9 pm. i have answered it a few times and no one is there. I stopped answering it. Now its just irrating the let it ring.

received phonecall from redline recovery, they are looking for a relative with same last name. I told them to stop calling me. I also told them that the relative does not live here.Relative claim that they paid off this bill. a bill that is over 10 years old. Iden***y theft was the cause of the bill to begin with. my relative claimed he paid montgomery ward off but they call me anyway. I do not have any debt with montgomery ward. I was not the cosignor on this loan either.I have reported redline collections to at&t phone co, better business bureau, and I have reported them to FTC. their actions are fraudulent and greedy.

This number calls my cell phone multiple times a week...sometimes a day.  It plays a pink panther type theme thingy then ****s up.

Always calls and asks for someone who has never lived at my phone number, which I've had for 6 years. Constantly leaving messages on my ma****e and the few times that I have spoken to someone have told them repeatedly that this person doesn't reside at the phone number they are calling. They always promise to remove my number but then end up calling a***n in a few days. Has called asking for Hector somebody, Debt collector, but sometimes its just **** up. Called me 5 times since Nov 2.

Get a call once a week or more for about 3-4 months. They leave a message for same person but I can't understand whole name due to computerized voice.

i keep geting calls from those****holes almost every day.i never answer.the funny thing is, i've had my number since 1/2004 and they keep asking for the woman that had the # prior to me. When someone cancels their phone#, the phone company waits 6monthsbefore they give the number to anyone else. So she hasnt had the numbersince at least before 7/03.  *******s!!!!

I get calls from this number at least once a day for a John Moynihan.  They actually gave me another 800 number to call but no one answers so I called the 8009104572.  Got someone named Steve who just ***g up on me when I asked him questions about why they're calling. I too will be reporting this to my state attorney general as well as the us attorney general.  I suggest that anyone else who hasn't already do the same.

They have called twice this week asking for a Mr.Juarez Hernandez so****ing and I told the dumb idiot woman there is no one here by that name,no one here who even comes close to that name.She said "Well,we are with an attorney's office he owes us big money,when will you pay up" I said "Well first of all,there is no one by that name that lives here,have this number 3 years now and what lawyers office are you with so I can speak to the attorney directly and complain that you are calling ,asking for a person who does not live here or own this number,someone who I do not know.Please let me know the attorney who is handling this so I may report your office".She told me to "pay up or else" and ***g up on me.I don't owe,I am not the person they are asking for and I have no debt so the next time they call,I will a***n report them.They can not be a legit agency.

Keeps calling and sometimes leaves a recorded message stating that my ex of 10 years needs to call them back...I have called them to report that he is my ex but they keep calling even though they claim they are removing my number from their records. It sounded like some "law firm" like 3 names were rattled off when the guy picked up the line

Smartone- its not truly a debt collector.It's a scam artist looking for who they think they can get money out of by harassing them continually.I'm 18 years old, still in school, and I HAVE NO DEBT.

I called the number back (800-910-4572) and said I was getting ****ups. They transferred me to someone who asked if I knew a person by some name I didn't recognize. When I said no they said they removed the number and I should no longer receive any calls from them. Only took ~2 minutes.

A person asked about my ex- son-in- law  and I said that I had lost track of him and then they asked myrelationship to him and I said I was not at liberty to say!!

They said a persons name i said you have the wrong number they said this is the ---- residence I said no you have the wrong number she said what is your name and i said i don't wish to tell you...she laughed and said fine and ***g up. I have never had anyone call and ask for the person that she asked for and i have had my phone # for 3 years.

Ok, so a relative of mine as recieved a similar call.  As far as I understand, it is more than likely some *** collection agency calling numbers from a database of (potentially) overdue accounts trying to see which phone lines are live and correct.  Im doing research on the issue currently.  I would recommend not responding to them.
